I use this to charge my car, and it works great. Very slow charge since I’m only charging at 17 Amps but I get about 1.7 kw and it takes about 4 hours to charge 10%You should definitely use this on the biggest plug you have, Tesla seems to support up to 32 amps in this charging configuration.

This is a great adapter for me to help me charge my BOLT EUV at my house. I live in an older home and haven’t been able to upgrade my electrical panel due to high costs, so found this adapter and I was able to hook it up to one of the old connectors(NEMA L6-20) we have here at home.

Good product no issues

It's a good build charging adaptor cable for my 2023 BMW iX. The cord does not overheat after 6 hours of charge time.

The product worked fine, but when it came time to put everything away, it was impossible to get the adapter unplugged from the cable. Eventually we were able to pull them apart but it took quite a lot of force.

It is NOT specific to Tesla, but it IS specific to EV chargers. The 220V chargers require contact on both 110V posts. There does NOT need to be current flowing, but there must be contact.This is where the RV 220V to 110V adapters fail EV chargers. The RV ones leave the second 110 post empty (blank).I made that mistake on an initial purchase looking for something cheaper (half price) but it doesn't work. That's when I learned about this. For the $50 I would have liked the plug to be molded. It is not, it is screwed on. But it has a nice handle, seems robust, and has good length for versatility in complying to any configuration of plug arrangements one might come across on the road, but is still compact enough to store out of the way. I'm very excited to have this security on my first EV road trip.

Bought this after digging around on the Internet to use when we go car camping with our Tesla. Tested it out at Eisenhower’s state park in Texas, worked great!

This looks to be a well made product. Can't yet say if it works, because by itself you can't use it to charge your Tesla if built after about 2020. It's not until you receive the package that you see that an additional adaptor will be needed. That part is another $85 dollars. Apparently Tesla used to ship their cars with this product but no longer does so. I don't see this as deliberate deception, but know that you are only half way there when you order this.

I’ve this different plug for which Tesla does not make extension,Using this product for last few months have made charging car overnight easy.Tesla has charge setting where it remembers to charge car at location with 24A and not 30, so is easy too.Never tested on 30A

Not much to say other than it works perfectly.

The price for these adapters is on the high side, but they are one of the few options out there for charging at RV sites using a 30amp connection. The product does work as advertised. I tested it on my Tesla 2021 Model Y and it charged at 3kW at 24amp / 110V. Using the AC WORKs Tesla TT-30 to Tesla (NEMA 14-50) adapter at a local RV site.

It allows me to use the 220 circuit of my electric vehicles charging system using my welding cable.
