Great product. The first minute or so getting on it I wasn't sure as pretty uncomfortable, but this soon gives way to a warm and relaxing experience. Would recommend for stiff/sore shoulders or back.

Really can't believe how wonderful this mat is. I love it. Takes a little getting used to but as the days have passed I use it when I got to bed on my back and then put my lower legs on it and then bend my knees and rest my feet on it before rising in the morning which seems to helps alleviate any muscle stiffness. I keep it by the side of my bed and in the night if I wake and struggle to get back to sleep I lay on the "bed of nails". How this works is beyond me BUT beware when you get off you may experience soreness and pain. Lying on my side definitely induced a lot of pain. On other areas that have become used to it, I don't feel any pain but my skin is red and indented with lots of spike marks. After a few weeks of use I am addicted to it although as yet I have not noticed specific improvements in tender areas but I live in hope as it definitely feels good and helps me chill.

Arrived on time and as described. Bought it for my husband as he suffers with sciatica, although we have both been using it. Haven’t felt any major health benefits as yet but only been using it since Xmas. However it is really nice to take yourself off each evening and relax on it. It’s quite painful to start with but the longer you’re on it the nicer it is. I can see it potentially having benefits with prolonged use. Overall happy so far.

Everyone with back pain would love some relief, sadly this mat didn't do much for me. I'm probably going to persevere with it a bit longer just to make sure. I do find it quite relaxing to just lay on and listen to music so it's not all bad. It seems to be constructed well enough like it will last.

If you have back pain this is the solution!Use it without any fear of uncomfortable small scratches in your skin, you will get use to it. After a week you are a new person. Strongly recommend it to every kind of pain in your body. Best and only thing that worked for me till today! I use it everyday in the morning an at night

It’s slightly uncomfortable in the beginning but after a minute it’s perfectly fine. It does what it’s says .
