Q: How do you play this game?

Hey, the game is pretty simple. Each player gets 20-30 cards, depending on how many are playing. Each turn players play just with the front card (country) of their deck. Player on the turn has to pick one fact from his country card that he thinks is the strongest one, i.e. population, other players have to check if their front cards (countries) have a bigger number under population. Player with the highest population wins the turn, collects all the cards from that turn, puts them at the back of his deck and continues the turn. Player on the turn always has an option of calling a CHALLENGE. In that case, he has to recognise an opponent's flag, name the capital city or show the opponents country on the map, depending which game mode they are playing. ( Players have to pick a game mode and decide on challenges before starting ). We recently updated rules of the game so now they are more simple to understand. Q: How many people play at a time?

The instructions suggest 3-5 players, unless you play with my 8 year old grandson who has memorized ALL of the flags...then you may not stand a chance with a 'challenge' for flags. Great game!

Q: Does this game list Israel as a country?

Yes. As far as I can tell it lists all UN Member States + The Holy See.

Q: how much fun in reality?

My 10 year old son really likes this game a lot. So he would say it is super fun. We even had to bring it on vacation so he could show it to his friends. The concept is very simple to play, but it does require some reading skills. Sometimes we shorten the game to just 5 or 10 cards to play faster as a group.
