I bought this as a gift for my husband, who loves watches (and not necessarily expensive ones). I thought the wood grain was unique and fit him well for an outdoorsy look. The price was awesome. The watch itself is unusually light, which he really liked, although it looks like it would be heavy. It looks MUCH more expensive than the price paid, sort of executive like but with an outdoor flair. In fact, he practically made me tell him how much I had paid for it (not generally our practice with gift giving, and we don't tend to give expensive gifts), because we've been on a budget and he thought I had paid at least $100. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is that the face is larger than expected. He doesn't have huge wrists/hands or small either, probably average (he's 5'10, 190 lbs), and initially thought the face was too big. A lot of men's watches have huge faces, especially sports type watches. We searched online for a women's counterpart/version in case that may work better (without being too small, if these tend to have larger faces) but had no luck. He decided to keep it, as it was so unique and a super light watch. It arrived timely and in a natural wood rectangle box. It was packed well. It has held up well so far, although he's only had it a couple of weeks (since Christmas). I highly recommend this watch for quality and value, just be aware the face may be larger than anticipated. I've attached a photo with it on top of a $20 bill to see the ratio compared to Andrew Jackson's face.

I'd give no stars if I could. First of all I looked at the instructions on how to take the links off. I did it after like an hour. It was really hard to take them off the tool it comes with actually bent. I kind of gave up on sizing it so I decided to give it to my dad, but now the links will not stay on. I tried sending an email before a review, but never got a response. I'd return it, but it chipped in the process. Love amazon. Will never buy from this company again. Too bad it's a really beautiful watch.

This watch was perfect. I bought it for my son for Christmas and not only was I extremely happy with the product, but my son loves it. It's even prettier in person. It fit perfect but it gives you the tools and instructions to remove links if need be. I like it so much I've started looking for a smaller one for myself!

The pins are hard to push out to size it if you don’t use some force. Beautiful watch, matches the hubbys wooden band great!

I bought this for my son for Christmas and it is already broken one month later. A pin came out and it fell off his wrist while he was sitting in class. It doesn't keep time well either. Don't buy!

Handsome watch. Well made and keeps time too !

The ebony walnut combination is subtle and excellent.
