Very soft material, but on the thin side. Runs a bit small, ordered an XL (16-18 according to the Amazon size chart) as I normally wear a L (12-14) as I like stuff loose fitting, but was a bit snug in the XL. So if you are a true 16-18 it may not work for you, unless u like things tight. I am pretty sure it is not sherpa "lined", just trimmed in sherpa. I bagged it back up or I would check to be sure, but as thin as it felt not sure how it could be sherpa lined. Overall I really loved it, and since I bought it for my husband to give me as a Christmas gift it's going to be hard not to get in to it before December, lol.

I bought my wife an extra large based on other reviews. So glad I did. After a wash it fits perfectly. SHE LOVES IT. And that's what matters to me. I think this Pajama Set was a good value. She likes to be warm.

I am a sleepwear person and probably have about 30 sets but this is by far the best. Fit very true to size and lightweight but keep you warm. I love them

This nightgown is very soft and warm. The buttons make it very convenient for night-time nursing. It isn't an exceptionally flattering cut or print, but it is very functional and comfortable.
