Adorable Little Whale That Brightens Any Space
This cute whale night light is even sweeter in person than in the pictures. The silicone feels soft and squishy, and the tap control makes switching between the different colors really fun. It’s USB-rechargeable, so no batteries to worry about. Even though it’s meant as a kids’ night light, I actually keep it on my desk and it adds a little joy to my workspace. It’s calming, cheerful, and surprisingly bright for its size. A great little gift for kids or for anyone who likes a bit of whimsy on their nightstand or desk.

Cute purchase
Product is just as the picture shows. Multiple colors to go through. Low comforting light for bedroom at night to sleep. Cute, and just what my child asked for. I do not know the battery life yet as we just received the packeg.

Great and cute
It’s used every single day! We have a sea team nursery and everything for our baby. Red light is staying with us trough the night, just feel safer with it and also it’s not hard on the eyes. It is a bit sensitive.

Loveable Whale Night Light
This Whale Night Light is just too cute! It is a great size and kids love it. There are different levels of brightness and different colors to boot so it is adjustable and charges quickly. Made to withstand some falls and rough housing. Perfect as a gift for kids of all ages.

My kid loves it...
...and that is all the matters. This light is cute and is the perfect brightness for a child's nightlight. There are several colors you can cycle through. A few things to keep in mind: 1) This is not a toy. Because the charger is not permanently connected, my daughter wanted to unplug it and play with it. I do not recommend that. 2) I personally recommend using it always plugged in. It does have a battery, but for our use as a nightlight in the kid's room, we just leave it plugged in all the time. 3) It is sometimes a little finicky to cycle through the colors, and you have to tap multiple times to go through them all to turn the light off. We just leave it on all the time. 4) You will need a charging block because this only comes with a cable. We used an extra iPhone block we had around. Give it a try; the kid loves it!

Simple, fun night light.
I gifted this to a one year old who LOVED it. I thought it was going to be a hard plastic but it is soft so the baby likes to squeeze it. Not sure if that's how it is supposed to be used. Colors are soft enough to use in a bedroom for a nightlight without being too distracting. The beluga whale is very cute. Plastic doesn't smell strong like some soft plastics do. The lights fade gradually so it doesn't feel too much like a rave. Charge lasts for a long time.

Great gift
Love these! They are so cute and make the perfect gift for almost any age kid. I gave them to five nieces and nephews (aged 9 months to 5 years) for Christmas and they all loved it. Even their older siblings thought it was neat. I felt bad for my own daughter then since I didn't get her one so I purchased one for her after the holidays. Anyways it's a hit with everyone. It makes a great nightlight as well as a fun toy and it seems to be almost indestructible since I've seen them get stomped on, dropped and hammered against the wall by toddlers. They still work the same though! Even my 4 month old baby loves to just watch it change colors.

i love him
got it for the baby (I'm the baby). His name is spike because he's smooth and squishy. Mine came somewhat charged and I haven't needed to charge it so far, but I also am not the type to leave it on all night, just a few fun minutes at a time to look at. Good ambient lighting, definitely not too bright. The sensor is technically at the bottom of the part you squish, so I usually just gently press all the way and tap the bottom rather than "booping" it. I've done several experiments and determined that "boop" sensitivity (which varies greatly, based on other reviews) is probably related to how much air gets pushed out the bottom when you press. The better-sealed models will probably take less of a boop, but mine takes a good palm slap. So if you don't like the sensitivity on yours, you could probably drop some sealer on the bottom or poke some holes depending on which way you wanna go. The first few color cycles are solid colors, but the "red" one right before "off" is the one that fades through colors. That took some figuring out so I hope that helps someone.
