Daisy Plant Clips, Medium brown, 1 Dozen

These clips work fine and there is nothing wrong with them per se. I compared them to ones that I already own, and the dimensions were similar, so I figured I would be ok. However, these "daisy clips" close very tightly, much more so than the ones I had, and after a few days, they actually left noticeable impressions in the orchid's stems (I need these to hold two flowering stems of a Phalaenopsis that is about to bloom). I don't know if this would affect the stem in the long run, but I have never seen this with my other clips, so I took these off and will be purchasing a larger size.I'm giving them 4 stars because maybe I got the sizing wrong and should have purchased a large...

These plant clips are not medium! They are small! I had to purchase smaller rods so that they fit the circumference of the rod and the orchid stem. My orchid are not the biggest, nor the smallest but these clips were teeny, tiny in circumference so the stem has to be very thin and the rod holding the stem as well to be able to use these clips. The image of the product makes it seem like these clips are on something the circumference of a drinking straw but if you add the stem to this picture the clip would not fit.

If you grow orchids or other flowers that have a long stem and they need to be tied up to a stake, these clips are perfect. They gently surround the stem and the stake to hold your blooms up and off the ground. Being a spring clip, they can be easily moved as the flower and stem grow. They are reusable and look so much better than wire twists and unlike wire twists, these can be moved easily without damaging either the stem or stake.

these worked out very well until my brother's dog ate them. I do have them on some of my plants and they are helping to keep them upright!

These look really cute on my little orchid. So much nicer than the brown wire ties that the florist originally used to secure the flower spike to the bamboo stake with. These don't look like they will cut into the plant either, and unlike the wire ties won't slide down. Cute little daisy design. :)

It's good. I use it for my Orchid and they are doing very well. I will recommend this product for sure.
