Functional but low quality materials
These work fine and have good durability but the use of low quality stainless steel results in rust spots. This is a cosmetic issue.

Kitchen scissors fill the bill.
These sturdy scissors do a great job of prepping various foods. I especially like for cutting pizza and snipping veggies. They come apart for easy and through cleaning and when assembled are very strong.

Very difficult to use - too tight
UPDATED REVIEW: this was a rating of one star. But I am changing it to three stars because their customer service was great. They contacted me and sent me a replacement, in the hope that the first pair I received was defective. The replacement pair was marginally better. It does not operate smoothly as my other pairs of kitchen scissors do. They even refunded my money.ORIGINAL REVIEW: They do not freely open and close. They get stuck every time I try to open them or close them. Very frustrating!!!

been wanting a good pair of kitchen shears for a long time
Great for cutting meats in the kitchen, easy to take apart and clean. Makes it possible to buy the large cuts/packaging for the economics and easy to do my own trimming and cutting.

Love them!
I use to have a Fiskars pair that rusted...I looked everywhere in town with no luck. I took a chance with these and now I want 2 more!

Exactly what we needed!
Our old scissors needed replacing and these are superior to what we had. Sharp and well-designed. They are solidly made and should last 10+ years.

Great Value!
I have had Kitchen Aid scissors for years and these definitely seem better just after a few week. Happy with this brand and purchase.
