Anyone that knows the name already knows that thing hits. I was going for balanced sound in my truck. I don't want to rattle the neighbors windows, and I'm not looking for the neighborhood to know when I'm coming down the street. But it sure rattles the rear view mirror. Just small enough to fit under the back seat in my crew cab. If you see the pictures in other reviews you will see it sticks out about an inch.After installing I kept the gain way down to break it in, once I did the bass is incredible. Do yourself a favor, get a 4 gage install kit. Fosgate hits harder with more power to it. What else can I tell you. Ordered it had it the next day. The box has a great finish. The bass is clean. I almost expected it to be sort of muddy, since it's not ported but I should have known better. The boys in tempe know what they are doing. I like hard rock it's snappy enough to hit hard with rock. It also hits with rap, Biggie, Tupac and west side connection will really move it. No matter your taste in music it will make you smile ear to ear. Just hit buy now and fed ex will deliver tomorrow and you will be Very Happy.

Put this on my 22' pontoon and the difference is night and day. It is PERFECT for music. The sealed design and built in crossover lets you dial it in to give the perfect punch for music without being boomy or obnoxious. Super punchy, very tight, very responsive bass. Can feel it in the water when swimming! No distortion even at high volumes, no rattles, just pure tight deep bass. And it is super compact and a very quick/easy install, all for under $200! I can confirm the auto on/off function works great as well. This was a big time saver as I just mounted the sub in my 12v battery compartment, connected power and then ran line out from head unit. It comes on automatically when radio turned on, shuts off promptly when signal goes away to avoid phantom power draw. No need to run a remote turn on switch. Awesome!

just put this in the back of my 14' jetta selThe knob is the best thing ever most dont come with one ( the only downside is having to remember to turn it off before leaving the car but hey with the feedback from no audio its pretty obvious if its still on )Got a few quotes from audio shops to buy and install and they were all charging 700-900 plus parts!For any audio heads buy the sub online after install ( would have done it myself except im more comfortable working on older cars haha) I only paid 440 total an absolute steal of a deal for such amazing bassWith my built in fender audio the bass is just next levelNot to mention its size! When I say this thing is small but mighty I mean it its thinner than my roadside kit the best part? I have pretty much my entire trunk to use still pack the sub and the rsk right up against the seats and it fits just right inFor anyone looking to get a cheap but great system this is the one for you hell it even beats out most of my friends 1k-3k audio systems

If you compare yourself to others or things to others, you won’t be a very happy camper. I’m coming off a 12 inch JL beast (that won’t fit in my truck (functionally)) and if I’m comparing this sub to that, it ain’t even close. BUT THAT’S APPLES AND ORANGES. For what this is, it does a great job! Truly. With that being said, the low lows aren’t there, but the lows and mid bass are there and it’s nice. The sound is very impressive and clear. This isn’t a “rattle the car in front of you’s mirror” loud so don’t buy it if that’s what you need. If you need a space saving, yet deceptively strong piece of art that can still rock your socks off, then look no further. Plenty loud, good sound. Pick this one.

This is the perfect size to fit snugly behind the rear seat of my 2021 Ram 2500 Mega cab. The install was easy enough and the speaker connections were made simple. This however is more of a base module than a sub. I have a JL…8” powered my a mono block amp and it gets quite a bit lower. This does fill in the bottom end and sounds clean. I prefer the non-ported version in my truck for a tighter base. The knob installs nicely and works well. I left all controls on the box at their lowest level and it’s nowhere near 50Hz. Gain down low is fine and the auto turn on is fantastic. All in all it’s very nice and great for the money. Someone on here summed it up perfectly by saying you won’t win competitions with it but it will enhance a stock stereo.

Perfect fit in my Honda Accord trunk and it sounds great. Had to have it installed professionally since I can't figure out where to get the power cable thru the firewall and don't want to mess something up.

Great powered subwoofer!!.. install was easy...run power and ground wire, remote wire, RCAs or tap into your speakers wires. I installed in my 2015 F150 XLT crew cab under back rear seat..fairly good fit. It does stick out like 1"and half but really doesn't get in the way of leg/foot room.. The sub hits tho...it's not ground shaking or window breaking but it's sound good and that's what I was going for..I don't want to be deaf. And one thing I like about the sub is if I need the room in the back I can always just unplug wires and remove sub..tooo easy..as of right now I have no complaints

Purchased this 12" powered sub to finish off an install of a new Kenwood deck and door speakers. The extra bass is AWESOME when listening to music. It was the same price as the 10" at the time and I'm glad i went bigger. Fit behind the seat in my 08' Tundra Crewmax. Install was easy after purchasing the Boss amplifier wire kit which came with power, grounding, and RCA wires. Sub comes with a dial so you can adjust the gain while in the front seat depending on what your listening to and how much vibration you want to feel.
