very good and at a very good price

I have seen this film via many formats in the last 25 years (even laserdisc - ask your parents what that was!). Usually, I am not a fan of movies shot on film and transferred to 4k. This film is the exception. The cinematography has always been excellent and, in this version, the atmospheric lighting just exudes style and menace. You get to see every nuance of Liam Neeson's acting (before he started just losing his family and being a vigilante!).The desperately sad "girl in red" seems less bright and more detailed in this new version. I guess this is how the director intended her to look as her impact is even more poignant.Oddly, the packaging does not mention the Dolby Vision features on the film. Rest assured, Dolby Vision was picked up on my player. Odd as the US version mentions it on the cover.

First time seeing this. And wow. Amazing piece of film making and performances - especially by Ralph Fiennes as the evil Nazi officer. It is 3 hours long, but I felt every minute of the movie is with meaning and purpose and nothing feels like filler at all.The 4K picture is stunning, even though I find it a bit odd that it was given hdr, considering the whole movie (apart from first 2 minutes and last 5 minutes) is shot in black and white.Audio is also excellent. Wonderful surround and Dolby Atmos to boot.

A beautiful moving film that everyone should see. The 4k transfer is very good although during the last ten minutes or so the picture becomes a bit grainy but nothing to take away from the impact of this Spielberg masterpiece. It should be remembered that this film is 25 years old and was obviously not shot in 4k. It comes with both HDR 10 and Dolby Vision. I have only viewed it once on my projector which is HDR compatible . My TV also has Dolby Vision so I’ll watch it again in a few weeks and see if there is any improvement.

This film depicts the terrible acts that destroyed many lives. And I say it’s important as it should not be forgotten, with the hope it will warn future generations.The 4K scan of this classic looks incredible, the contrast is further enhanced with the addition of HDR. All in a beautifully presented package.It’s bizarre to say but this film is beautifully shot, the details that represent these lives weight the film like no other, and take you through this terrible story. Spielberg’s best.

This is a great film and true to it's word, Steven Spielberg has done it again concerning real life films, a film you must see. The let down on this is that once again the run time is not right as stated by amazon, this films is not 311mins, it's 195Mins Run Time.. Plus you do not get the goodies with it as shown on the web site, like booklet and other stuff you do however get the 4K Ultra HD & Blu-Ray with bonus disc, hence the four stars but other wise, yep ! Great Film

The 4K and hdr gives this film depth like never before especially on an OLED TV. It has always been an important but harrowing film to watch, even more so in 4K. Atmos sound just adds that extra layer of horrifying immersion.

Awesome film, from start to finish, and brilliantly remastered into 4K.

Picture is clear and the saound quality is good..for the best experience wacht this on a large screen with a sound bar
