Hot only for 15 mins Lock feature does not work. Highly dis-satisfied.

Lock feature sucks. It doesnot work only. Also food is not kept hot for half hr also.Parhetic experience. Defective product. Also not able to replace/exchange bcz of app issue. They r not allowing me to do since the start of product delivered.
