Finally a good solid mic holder that does not wear out within a year like the cab grabber (flawed and high maintenance engineering design), a total thumbs up in my book!

Nice clamp you need the right tools to attach it..

Amp clamp, not actually a clamp...
I'm sure it works great but it wasn't what I was expecting, I was expecting an actual clamp, adjustable bar and what not, quick and easy to install like the audix cab grabber for instance, which I stumbled on to second after I received this and saw it wasn't what I thought. This has clamp in the name, so I just assumed. It requires more installation and thought because it is more of a permanent device as you have to screw a plate to the side of your amp or cab. Not for versatile situations and not quick and easy. I still haven't installed mine yet, because it's more involved than I was expecting, requires thought of best permanent placement that you'll be happy with, and also because it's basically impossible to clamp it on to a cab in a road case already, which I have, unless you wanna pull it out and try and wedge it back in, because it's not a clamp, its a screw in hardware style installation. Also requires putting wholes in your cab due to the screws.
