Nice, but .........
I wanted something of better quality than my last spinner, it's wheels only having survived one overseas trip. So, I figured I spend a bit more (twice as much) and buy something "made in the USA".The wheels on this one so far survived 6 baggage checks.My old luggage lasted years, but did not have the spinner convenience.Unfortunately, the zipper crown, or body on the expanding zipper broke, and makes its function useless now.Perhaps I am wrong in assuming to receive a high quality luggage for this money, I don't know. I am just not ready to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on something else.

Lasted first trip
The bag handled the first trip to Europe well, but I found 3 screws had gone loose inside and had to put them back to make sure the wheels would stay on.

* UPDATE. Zipper problem.
Love the luggage. It's light and the wheels make it so easy to move.*UPDATE My zipper broke on my 26” and is not working. I’m so hurt. I loved this bag. 😰 I still have the 22” and the larger one which I’ve only used once.

Cheaply made, fell apart after a few trips spilling all my stuff, had to throw away, warranty is BS
I bought 2 Revo luggages from Marshall's due to the 10 year warranty promise. I've been travelling for decades and this is by far the worst luggage I have ever bought - even the ones I bought at stalls in Asia lasted longer. Here are the major flaws:1) The inside material is cheap nylon threads. Lightweight but also breaks if your stuff is anything but the perfect shape to conform to the rectangular dimensions. The threads would unwind, and keep unwinding after all my attempts to tape it together with gorilla tape and other fabric tape. Repairing the stitch didn't work either because the threads would come loose when i tried to close. Just horrible!!2) The seems on the outside of the luggage tore apart, all my stuff kept spilling out so while travelling, I had to purchase a new luggage in a hurry before going to the airport3) Customer service is somewhat unbelievable. They do respond but the outcome is not workable. I emailed them about what had happened to the checked bag (the one I had to leave in a foreign country to buy another because the seams on the outside fell apart, spilling all my stuff) as well as the carryon where the intrnal material and stitching just doesn't hold up to any sort of packing, unless maybe if you don't use the side that zips up. They asked me for the receipt, warranty cards, and photos. After sending them everything, I was asked to further photos of the outside and the wheels, etc. After 5 or 6 back and forth emails (they respond slow, several days to a week after I've sent them a response) they finally said they would repair, but I have to cover shipping costs.Suffice it to say, I do not want to deal with this company ever again and what remains of the Revo luggage that I have is going straight to the trash and I'm buying a samsonite or some other brand that can actually last more than a handful of trips.

Wanted an American made product that would last......but this one doesn't
Seems I have the same problem as other reviewers here: The zipper separated and broke off. For the money, I'd expect better responses and warranty from the company. Hate to admit, but looks like I'll by a cheap foreign made suitcase next time.

Any other luggage but Revo brand!!!
Bought 26”. Bag was destroyed one first flight. Company would not stand by warranty. Why bother stating you have a warranty when you won’t stand by your product. Shame on you Revo.
