don't buy this for an iPhone X
I purchased 2 of these devices. At first, it worked wonderfully, but after about 1 month the device would no longer allow for charging. for reasons unclear the audio adaptor did not work with an iPhone X. depending on its orientation, it worked on an iPhone 8. Unfortunately, it is difficult to use non-apple products with iPhone

It doesn’t work
It doesn’t work. The package tells you to turn off your phone to be able to us it, I did it, it doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work with phone calls.
I have an IPhone XR. Music plays fine but the audio for phone calls doesn’t work. The phone doesn’t show the option to use this device vs the speakers, etc. The packaging says to contact support but there isn’t any contact information.
