Update: The customer service from this company was great. They looked into the issue and discovered a manufacturing fault that they have now corrected. I was offered a full refund or a replacement. I accepted the refund as I have upgraded the printer in the interim period. From my correspondence I believe them to be an honest company who had an issue with its product and resolved it for its customers. I would use this company again and feel confident that if another issue were to occur they would correct it in a timely manner.Original review:When I saw these I thought great, easy to install, good price, good delivery time. Then a couple of months on.... Disaster... They leaked all over the printer and now it is full of the coloured dust which is everywhere on the printouts. I've tried page cleaning and following countless YouTube videos to no avail. These cartridges have made my printer unusable.

So have had my HP printer for about 4 years and have replaced the ink once a year and have been buying the original HP but with cost of living crisis currently I had no choice but to find an alternative and came across this brand at 1/3 of the price, and having now used it I must say I'm am shocked how the quality is exact same as HP but I paid 1/3 the price. Really wished I had brought this brand from day one. The product is packed well and installed exact same way as HP branded, it worked straight away and didn't have to make any adjustments or anything. Overall a 10/10 replacement and would recommend everyone save money and start buying this brand.

I bought this toner cartridge to replace the original one that came with my LaserJet printer from HP. The packaging was excellent as it was securely bagged and padded within a cardboard box. Additionally, instructions for installation were included. The cartridge fit perfectly and was recognized by the printer without any problems. Thus far, the print quality has been comparable to that of the original HP cartridge. Although I have not yet reached the end of its lifespan, the coverage appears to be on par with branded cartridges. Considering it costs about half as much as a branded cartridge, I would certainly consider buying this product again.

My HP MFP M281fdw laserjet suddenly stopped working and came up with ' Supplies Memory Error ' checked on line and tried various workarounds etc and nothing . So tried a second set that I had and still the same. HP says the toners are not talking to the printer and nothing we can do. As i was talking i decided to see if the toners were communicating with the printer and put the toners in the wrong slots and behold the printer said the toners were in the wrong slots. So i knew they were talking to the printer. So zero points to HP. So i looked for another supplier and purchased the above but still did not work. Contacted the seller and they replied very quickly with a solution and download that did work and now all is back to normal. So a big thank you to these guys and the toner is excellent quality as well.

I have always ensured I have a supply of toners as I use it for work. I bought this toner with all the colours and after the first handful of printing the magenta started to bleed on every page. I was unable to return the product for an exchange as it was outside the return window so very disappointed. I normally keep supplies as I can’t afford to run out so this issue didn't come to the surface till it was too late. Will not be purchasing these again.

I've recently installed the cartridges I bought from you for my HP Colour Laserjet Pro M254dw. They were working fine (and I have always bought these from you and never had a problem) however suddenly I have started getting a 'Supply Memory Error' and am not able to do any printing (which is very problematic in my job). I've looked on the HP website and have attempted to update the 'Firmware' however am unable to do this due to the error with the cartridges. I wonder if you can help me? I see that you have other customers who have experienced similar errors in the past. Many thanks.

Buy these all the time and never had any problems but this time they are awful. The colours are completely off. The red is more orange and the blue is green. Not had to change the yellow yet so not sure how that ones going to turn out. Very disappointing.
