Great customer service
I just received these two bags today, one Navy and one Black but when I opened the box I found two Black bags instead of the Navy and Black and one was missing the ice packs. I called customer service and sorry to say was gruff with the service rep but to her credit she was very professional. She ordered me a replacement bag making sure everything would be included and let me keep the extra bag no return necessary. I highly recommend getting this bag as they are quick to fix a problem should it arise. The bag is as described and quite roomy and I will not hesitate to order from them again.
