The set has 3 rinds of varied sizes, made with heavy duty elastics, very strong when I tried, unlike the soft rubber kind that can easily give in. I can use them to tighten the musle for my arm, hip and legs. I hope they can get a bit more "easy" over time, but hey, this is what workout is all about, right?

I was very happy when I got them. They looked like really good quality, but I haven't had them long, and they are already showing signs of break down at the edges, there is exposed elastic.

I’m only 5’3” 110 lbs, and can’t use the smallest one. I gust they’re resistance bands—but it just seems stiff.

I love these resistance bands although the large one was broke when I got them. The med and small work just fine though

The bands were advertised to be non slip. I used all three sizes for various exercises and each on slipped almost every time. I feel these resistance bands are over priced for the quality and performance.

Theses resistance bands were too big for me, even the “small” is big... I have no use for them and they are over priced for the quality. If you’re a small person do not get them!
