Bought to replace a dead battery on a Dyson V6 and was optimistic about the increased battery life claims. However upon receiving the battery and finding it to be exactly the same size as the original I was then dubious about the extra life claims and it seems that any extra usage time I get with this seems to be more margin of error due to the older battery more than anything. Still, it is easy to install, works right out of the box and is a great price for the battery so definitely cannot complain there. Giving it 4 stars due to my experience with the exaggerated lifespan claims.

Very easy to install (YouTube has videos that show you how), it charged quickly and retains the charge for ages, much longer than the original Dyson battery. Was going to take the vacuum to my local dump, so glad I didn't, as it now works better than before.

The battery pack arrived in March and today (May) I had a buy another one and this time I just went for the original Dyson one. This one worked fine for a month and now it stops after 20 seconds and I have to wait 10 sec to start it again...cleaning the floor is a very annoying stop and wait and start again job. I though I had saved money buying a non genuine product but I didn't really...I've learnt my lesson.

it does the job

Perfect replacement battery as described. Lasts so much longer than the original as this is 3000Mah as appossed to the original only being 2200Mah, easy to install and we are very happy. We were sceptical to start with as it’s a non genuine part but our fears were mid guided as it is better.

My Dyson was pretty much unusable as it would work for 30 seconds and go flat.I didn’t buy the original Dyson due to the price, as my vacuum cleaner is quite old now.This battery pack was extremely easy to install (and I’m hopeless at DIY)and lasts just the same as the original Dyson (which I find useless and frustrating).I may have to come back here in a few weeks time if it stops working but I would say so far so good.

5 months this battery lasted waste of money !!

the pack fitted easy enough, just undo two little screws to remove original,fit pack into place and refit screws.so far after a months use the pack has lasted longer than the original one..If our other dyson needs a new pack, I will not hesitate to order from these people again.

Einbau war etwas fummelig aber Akku passt, lädt und hat Power.

Akku kam heute an und habe ihn gegen den originalen ausgetauscht. Ich muss sagen, dass ich vom Originalen sehr enttäuscht bin. Dieser hat nur 3 Jahre gehalten und zum Schluss waren es keine 5 Minuten mehr. Die Leistung hat rapide abgenommen. Da hätte ich von Dyson mehr erwartet.Der Austausch war eigentlich einfach, wenn weiß wie es geht. Habe mir bei YouTube ein Video dazu angeschaut, den an die eine Schraube kam ich so nicht ran. Aber nach dem Video war alles klar. Alt raus, Neu rein. Im Gesamten mit Video suchen waren es vielleicht 10 Minuten. Passt sehr gut, Farbe auch sehr ähnlich. Man merkt den Unterschied optisch nicht. Der erste Test war super. Bin gespannt wie er sich in Zukunft schlägt.Was etwas störend ist, ist das der Ladeanschluss straff sitzt. Ich benutzet eine Wandhalterung und dort kann man den Dyson nicht mehr einfach so herausziehen, sondern braucht definitiv beide Hände, damit man die Wandhalterung nicht abreißt. Wer keine Wandhalterung besitzt, kann sich über ein gut sitzendes Kabel, beziehungsweise Ladeanschluss freuen. Ich bin mal optimistisch und der Hoffnung, dass sich das mit der Zeit etwas einschleift. Aber dennoch ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bisher sehr gut. Unter 30EUR hat der Akku gekostet und dafür ist er top.
