Just received it today. Wiped it out with wet cloth really well and testing it out with wet towels with a few drops of eucalyptus oil on each. Seems to work well. Some people said it stunk like chemicals but maybe they didn't wipe it out first. Heating nicely, no stink. Happy with it and great price point! Perfect size to fit a bunch of towels or 8 towels and a couple stones and cream for massage.

I recently tried out this towel warmer, and overall, it’s a solid option for keeping towels warm throughout the day. When you fold the towels as compact as possible, it does a great job of maintaining warmth for an extended period. When I first got this towel warmer, I was not folding them very compact, and I thought the towel warmer was not doing a great job. But it was how I was folding them.I work eight hour days and my towels stay warm all day long. They take about an hour to warm up so if you are in a hurry, warm them up in the microwave first. Another thing to keep in mind is that, according to state board regulations, you’ll want to leave the door open when the warmer isn’t in use to ensure proper state board rules are followed. But overall, it performs well and does what it’s supposed to do!

Ordered this towel warmer for my salon and the machine was not warming up. I took the back panel off to check the bulb and immediately noticed the wiring was all wonky. After putting the wires where they belonged, I plugged it in again hoping I fixed the problem ... Wrong! It still didn't warm up. The light worked but the machine didn't warm up. I called TNG Worldwide and they said I needed to return the product. Upon them receiving the machine, they would inspect it and determine if it was defective or not. If it was not defective, they would ship it back to me. And if it was, they would ship a replacement. BUT - I had to pay for the shipping. RIDICULOUS!! I demanded a full refund and took my business elsewhere. Terrible working with that company!It cost me $80 to ship a $120 machine back.Don't waste your time!

First one, U. V. light don’t work, they sent a replacement, it work good but top shelf seem flimsy for the towels. Over all the heating work well.

The media could not be loaded. This Forpro brand premium hot towel. Warmer is pretty simple to use. All I did was plug it in. I unpack all the bubble wrap inside and I wet my towels that I stick them inside to warm up. The size is great. It’s nice and roomy so it actually holds quite a few towels along with a mask to warm up for my treatment. The quality is really nice. I highly recommend it.

Heats my towels up great! Takes about 30 minutes and you have hot towels. Make sure you give your self 30 minutes for keep towels warm. If you put in towel that are not warm, give 1 hour for the towel to heat up. I use hot water to wet the towels.Love this warmer.
