This mask is extremely comfortable to wear, the fabric is so soft against the skin. At first I didn’t think it got hot enough but when I wore it I realised it was just the right temperature. Well worth the money and better than another eye mask I have tried. Would definitely recommend it and would buy it again

I have used quite a few different heated eye masks over the last ten years and so far this one is high on my favourites. I always use a power bank to heat it and this works well Firstly, I like the size of the mask, it is large and definitely blocks out any light. It has an adjustable strap for a comfortable fit. Secondly, the control is very easy to use and heats up in increments to max 60 which is perfect for dry eyes and it doesn't feel too hot for my eyes at any time. The timer adjusts up to a max of one hour too which is longer than other eye masks I have used. Thirdly, the fabric is very soft and feels very nice on my eyes.

Good for blepharitis and heats up very quickly and it's hot. The only problem with it I have is that nose bit - very tight and very uncomfortable. The rest if pretty much fine. Shame that you can't take the cover off and wash it so I'm using a piece of material between my face and that thing so it won't get oily.

*****EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW*****This stopped working within 6 weeks, only used a few times. Now faced with the faff of returning it before I get a refund. It's been stored carefully so obviously is cheap components******** I am so pleased with this, really worth the money. It helps with migraines and also great if you struggle to fall asleep as it completely relaxes you. I've only used it on the highest setting and it's a very comfortable heat. Material has a suede feel to it. Used a few times and I recommend it 💯

Having bought products from ARRIS in the past, and recently suffering from a bout of headaches, I was keen to give this product a try. As expected, this product worked exactly as described; heating up quickly and offering a comfortable fit (the elastic is adjustable for any head size). The device itself doesn't contain a battery and the mask must therefore be connected to a power source via the supplied USB cable. I used a rechargeable power bank with a 5V 2.1A output, providing 10W of power, which the instruction manual recommends for maximum heat output. The USB power cable has an in-line control with 5 levels of heat and an auto-off timer, a useful feature when the heated mask may well send you to sleep! I'd definitely recommend this product for someone who suffers with headaches, particularly around or behind the eyes, and for whom the application of heat usually offers relief!

I love the heating function in this eye mask - it is very soothing on the eyes and after just wearing it for 15 minutes with heating on, I feel very relaxed and rejuvenated.Am very pleased with this - gives a total blackout and shuts the world off for a deep meditative sleep.

I suffer with cluster headaches so thought ide give this a go to see if it relieved these. Was nice to use and has a timer and heat setting which is useful. Didnt think it was quite hot enough for my liking but that could be due to how padded the mask itself is. Unfortunately after a few uses the clip attatched to the straps which you adjust for headsize with snapped as it is extremely thin! Returned due to this but am keeping my eyes open for something similar but abit more robust! Shame

I’m glad I’ve found this mask, it arrived promptly and it is soft and comfortable and easy to use, with an adjustable strap, five heat settings and a timer. It really helps with tired eyes after using the computer. If I need to use it during the day, I feel refreshed afterwards. At night it helps me to relax before falling asleep. I find the whole experience very comforting, warm and soothing. This is a great product for alleviating eye strain and headaches . It works from a USB plug, and can be portable with a USB power bank. Arris's UK rep has been very helpful, replying promptly to any queries.

I have tried many of these gadgets & so far this is the best...... for comfort, long lead, different temperatures & timer. Lovely & soft. The only negatives are, no cover or storage pouch but i can remedy those issues. It a great price, so worth it

Low quality product. Starting from the cover mate all the way to the electric part. Scary to use on the eyes. I disposed of it as soon as it arrived.
