This is exactly like my last cervical pillow, which I got from my chiropractor. It’s not for sleeping, as some other reviewers seem to think. It’s used to create proper alignment, so your neck returns to the curve it’s aupposed to have all the time. Your head is supposed to touch the bed when you’re using it correctly! Works great, high quality, nice washable cover.

Super soft, neck cradles nicely. Felt relief immediately! Used to use a neck hammock but never got this much relief from that. This is awesome!

First off it is very comfy, but we buy these wedges and cervical pillow to help hold and shape. I like the pillow but it needs to offer stiffer support. I can see those that need slight alignment or adjustment will love this pillow. I need more support like the wedge foam. Problem with the wedge fun is you have to stop at 10 minutes. There has to be a middle ground of choices. Its not the company's choice but personal choice. Kind of like a mattress

This pillow is great - can be used lying down or sitting on the couch watching TV.I highly recommend it!!

Terrible quality, I'd give it a 0/5 if I could. The stitching on pillow cover was about to come off right when I opened it. The foam is way too soft to provide any kind of support. It's not even comfortable to lie down on as the back of my head just hits the floor when I lay down on it.

I have been using the pillow nightly and am getting relief in my upper back and neck.

Nice quality, I use it for stiff, painful neck and it provides relief. Good product.
