Arrived exactly as it appeared on the photos! Its packaging was very nice and elegant as well. I got this for my boyfriend, along with a professional journal, who’s really interested in writing, and he absolutely loved it. Not sure when he’ll be writing with it, but he did find a rise out of using it for a gag with his friends.

This was on the wish list for the wife, past 6 months. I ordered it for her as a gift. she was surprised and loves the quality.

Pen is beautiful and seems good quality, bought for my kids who are fascinated by quill letter writing. I will say that the pen holder is not to hold ink which I found out the hard way when I poured ink in it and it all leaked out because of the hold at the bottom (whoops). But all in all a cool gift and reasonable priced

A friend of mine is moving, so for a going away gift got him this. He is a writer and its functional yet decorative for his desk. He really liked it and has even used it saying it writes smoothly.

My daughter loved this. She was doing a school project on Shakespeare and it more than surpassed our expectations.

First I would like to say that I absolutely love this quill. I may even consider buying it again in a different color. The nib that comes in it writes great and I didn't have to dip it again until I had filled four lines of college ruled paper. I haven't yet tried the ink that comes with it because I already had open ink at home, so I can't say much about that. The reason I took two stars off is because of the extra nibs. They are a completely different shape and length than the nib that comes in the quill, and the only way I found to get them in is to pit them at a 90 degree turn from where it should be which makes writing with the nib strange as it off balances the quill. On top of that I could barely manage to sign my name twice with any of the other nibs. It was like it was trying to release the ink to fast because the first sign the ink would come out so thick it bleed through the paper and on the second it would already start getting spotty.
