This cheap trash literally snapped when I was doing a neck stretch, the rope snapped as you can see from the images and the metal smacked me on my head really hard. Out of all products that I have ever purchased, this has to be the worse ever. I only weight around 65KG and was not even putting all of my body weight into the stretch, yet it snapped and the speed of the metal hitting my head really caused damage. I could sue because that is completely unacceptable and caused me damage. My neck also feels strange now, an ache pain. Very disgusting product, it shouldn't even be allowed to be sold. Imagine that was a child or an elderly person using it. They could have been hurt in a way that threatens their life, I am not exaggerating. I don't know what can be done about this but someone needs to pay for what happened to my head.

I have a small degenerative bone on my neck. In s short version I got to rings (neck) who are pressing on a nerv. In conclusion the device is helping me to straight up my neck sow that my bones doesn't press on that nerve. It's really taking the pain away. Small advice, do it with when someone can assist you.

The idea is cool but unfortunately the device puts an incredible amount of pressure on the jaw which makes is terrible for the teeth. The device is too simplistic to assure a neutral shape for the spine-neck. The jaw is lifted up and neck bands backward creating undesirable pressure on the jaw, neck and shoulders instead of healthy stretch of next and spine

It has potential, but you will something more than a door to hook it on unless you're below 160cm in height. There is simply not enough clearance for anyone taller than that to make use of it without having to bend in all kinds of ways that mean decompression is not happening. Perhaps if you have heavy duty 3 metre high doors you will possibly find this useful, but if not save yourself time and money to see a chiropractor

The strings used to move ratchet broke the first time I used it, The velcro on the head stop are to week and pull open which can lead to you pulling wrong and hurting your neck. an example of cheap Chinese rubbish that should be taken of the shelf as is not fit for purpose and is dangerous to use.

I am very pleased with this product, being a retired sports trainer and massage therapist, I want to give it a go, read all the reviews, for the guy who said it wasn’t high enough, try siting on chair, mine is on a weighted pole, but for an exercise I fixed it to a sheet of plywood, put the head end on 100mm block and used it laying down, worked well, always remember to be cautious with neck and back, study what you are trying to achieve, I even believe it has helped my compressed back, I also push up a little on releasing traction to avoid it snapping off suddenly resulting in jarring, always be careful!
