I installed this unit in my 2012 Highlander with JBL Audio. Before buying the unit, i contacted the seller and sent him a pic of my factory head unit. I received a prompt response from seller, that their unit will fit in my car. I placed the order along with the canbus adapter for my JBL Audio system. Unit came in well packed but did not have any instructions. i contacted the seller again. They asked me to take it to installer. I wanted to install myself, so I went through the wiring and figured it out (note – the box has more wire harnesses than needed. You will only use some). Removed the factory head unit and connected all wiring including the GPS, Bluetooth, USB, backup camera etc. Here is my take on the unitGood -1) Very responsive / fast / touchscreen is very good2) USB works. In fact, they gave two USB's. I adapted one USB to the factory USB connection and routed the other into the glovebox3) 3.5MM Audio Aux works4) Reverse camera works good. i kept the factory one. The box includes their camera including wiring but i did not use their camera.5) Bluetooth works well6) Wifi works well. Can hotspot via phone plus connect to home wifi to download apps etc7) All steering controls work - you have to set them up in the settings. very easy to do8) FM Radio works very well. The clarity of FM radio has increased compared to factory (review below about AM radio)9) Screen mirroring works – excellent feature10) Downloaded google maps, pandora, weather apps etc which work on hotspot (phone)11) Navigation works good but it is not as good as google maps12) Sound quality (speakers) has stayed the sameBad1)AM radio is not working. Not sure what happened. Heavy distortion and you cannot hear anything2)The factory brackets did not align properly with this unit’s holes. I had to drill 2 holes in the factory brackets (1/4” from the original screw holes) to make it fit properlyOverall great unit. Looks luxurious and has lot of features. It is my first week using it. I am working with the seller to identify the issue with AM radio.

Looked forward to upgrading the factory radio...Shipping was fast . UNFORTUNATELY IT IS MISSING THE POWER SUPPLY HARNESS . Waiting on customer support to offer a solution... There was no customer service number... Email and phoned Amazon.... Now we wait

Although the stereo had to be set for US (maps, mph, and volume knob), the customer service after the sale was very good! Stereo works great with many options. Fits very well into Toyota Highlander.

The media could not be loaded.  ***UPDATE 12/18/20***The customer service is great and has been in constant conatct with me to help solve the SRS Airbag message. We've troubleshooted the issue down to the slim hazard button needed. I will update after I get a new slim hazard button.12/14/20I installed this unit into my vehicle a week ago. In having multiple issues with this unit. I bought the Octacore 32GB system with JBL. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot this issue with the seller and the problem could not be fixed.1. My factory rearview camera does not work. It worked before I put this unit in.2. The small slim hazard button deactivates my airbag system and I get a message on my multifunctional display saying, "Check SRS Airbag System." This is really concerning amd and dangerous. I reconnected my factory unit and the message goes away with no issues.3. I get a loud high pitched noise that is coming from my speakers when using the radio (see video). It drives my kids and I crazy.Overall I really wished this unit had worked but these issues are quite major. I will be looking to return this item.

I love this unit this is an awesome Android stereo system the sellers are really friendly and if you have any questions they will text you back I had a good experience with the seller they did a wonderful job contacting me back with questions that I had everything comes in the Box I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander I installed this unit in about 20 minutes this unit is the Plug and Play I got great compliments from my friends and family you can do everything with this unit it's like having a computer in your car

Works fine in Highlander 2011. Installed it by myself. Installation was a little tricky, because the screw holes in the unit was not aligned with brackets holes.Supports wheel buttons without issues. Looks much better than a factory radio.Very happy with my upgrade.
