My son loves these. He's only ever worn low cut shoes (no boots), but he had no problems with the height. Very comfy (I can fit them) - have not worn in snow yet as they are for an upcoming trip. Will update if there are any waterproof issues.** overall shoes were great. While they are definitely waterproof, they don't let the foot 'breathe'. After about 8 hours in them, (in rain, snow, and sun) my son had pruned up feet and very obvious signs that they had been moist for a good bit. The inside of the shoe is furlined, in the ball area the ball of the foot area was very damp, but the upper part of the shoe and all other area were dry. I'm certain this is due to his feet sweating.

These are a little cheaper looking in person, but really hold up and do the job. I got them for my son to take (and presumptively throw away after) a week-long trip to a cold climate, to have a change of boot for a few days. Shoes are not bulky and were not uncomfortable for him after long walking. They were surprisingly well put together and, despite looking like large plastic slippers, will stay around our house for the winter now.

I bought these for my Grandson to wear to school during our Winter months. They are light enough, to allow him to slip on and off, yet rated for -25! He loves them!

Got them for my son. He loves it, even though they are so wide in front. They keep his feet warm, but not sweaty, which is rare. The picture doesn't show it, but they look flat and wide. Nevertheless, the package arrived in time (not in a box).

We used on occasion to the snow and my poor kid's feet were soaked. We live in S. California and our quick snow trip was less than an average snow fall for any other part of the country and they did not hold up at all. They make a cute S. California fall/winter boot but they are not meant for rain or snow at all.

It took a few tries to get the size right but my kids like to wear these. It is warm and lightweight and easy to slip on. The feet probably are not as snug as preferable and we use a thick pair of socks, even with the appropriate size of shoe. Overall, I liked it alright.

These ran quite a bit larger and with the rubber toe and dark color, these looked huge on my 6 year old. They are good quality and just wished they fit better. The laces were way too long for the big kid size 1 we ordered. If we kept them we would have had to either cut the laces or replaced them. The plastic device to keep the shoes tied was too hard for my little guy to use properly and I would have had to help him daily which would of also been an inconvenience but would be fine for an older child.

Great looking and good quality! These are perfect for an in between shoe/low boot, especially on a rainy/snowy day. The inside is cozy and warm. My son is a 1 1/2 in sneakers so I ordered the 2 and they fit perfectly. So happy I decided to get these. This product is well worth the $28!
