Amazing Core Fitness ACF Ab Roller for Abdominal Exercise – Best Ab Power Wheel for Strengthening Core

I've been an avid strength trainer my entire life and using an ab roller has always been a core exercise in my routine. For the six bucks or so you spend, you get access to a full body workout that you can do almost anywhere. I lost my old ab roller when I moved so it was time to buy a new one... this ab roller did not disappoint!WHY THIS ONE? It's cheap! All it needs to be is a bar through a wheel. Why spend more for something else? I'm not sure why others are having problems with getting it together or with it falling apart. Mine came with both handle grips on the axle. I removed one grip, slid both wheels on, reapplied the grip. Done. The grips are soft foam that fit comfortably in my delicate hands. Honestly, I don't really care about the foam but it's a nice finishing touch worth mention.WILL IT BREAK? I doubt it. I'm 230 pounds and use it fairly aggressively. I wanted to ensure I could say this with confidence so I put as much weight as I could on the thing and bounced around on top of it... no problem.BE CAUTIOUS! Two notes of caution. First, if you've never used one of these before, do some research before you jump into the exercise. You can injure yourself pretty bad if you don't train properly (this applies to any exercise. Never jump full blown into something you've never done before, right?) Second, note that this has two wheels: make sure both wheels are in contact with the ground when you're using it. If you tilt the ab roller so you're rolling it along the edge of a wheel, you're putting a force on it that it wasn't designed to withstandPHYSICAL THERAPIST ADVICE: No, I'm not a physical therapist, but you can find one that I trust on YouTube that specifically discusses a safe way to get into using an ab roller. Serious Workout -- this deceptively simple piece of equipment is not for the faint-of-heart. If you're not used to this type of ab/core workout, you will be in pain! I made the mistake of rolling all the way down to the floor and trying to roll back up -- BIG MISTAKE! For newbies (like me), roll halfway down, then back up. The more I use it, the lower I can go. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed at the construction of this wheel. The wheels are made of a cheap hollow plastic and dents when rolled. The handles do not rub well against the wheel's side surface when used, so it does not have a glide feeling when exercising. The product came just as described however but I did not have it in me to rate this product more than 3 stars.

One of the best value products on Amazon!! Absolutely wonderful and works flawlessly. Actually, super easy to put together. All you have to do is twist off the right grip. One side turns easily. Wheels then slide on no problem. Twist grip back on. Voila!! If you order with another item, check box carefully. I missed it. Was in a compartment on side of box. Thought it was missing.

It has a great burn to it! Its a great easy piece of equipment to work my abs. I personally hate doing sit ups cuz of the stress on my next so this is perfect for me. I like that is also engages my arms and back muscles. I was going to buy a more expensive one, but I'm glad I didn't. There would have been no different. The grips are perfectly comfortable and rolls nicely. Happy with this product and already have recommended it!

3 stars because My husband had to put it together before I sent them back. Geeze it's near impossible to get the grips off to put the wheels on. I hurt my hand trying. It seems to work well but seriously the grips are far harder than necessary to remove. I almost sent them back.

This was a joke. I don't know why it can't just come out together. My husband is physically disabled and I bought this for therapy purposes and it took me a good 30 minutes trying to get the handles off to put the wheels on. Super annoying.

easy to assemble in about 30 seconds and is well constructed. Used my several in my household ranging in age from 15 to 50! A must have for home use at a reasonable price. This is not a piece of equipment that will gather dust like other gadgets we own! Its wide and stable for me as the novice user and thin enough for my resident athletes. Its a WIN WIN!
