Extremely Bright 3157 3156 3057 3056 LED Brake Light Bulbs 21 SMD Brilliant Red Tail Lights Stop Lamp Replacement 2pcs

Although they do appear bright enough, they do not work in my 1157 slots on my car. If I put them in backwards (can't turn them to install them, just gently pushing them in until contact) they seem to work. Also when I'm installing them they do flicker as I'm pushing them in (if my lights are on).I put my old style bulbs in and they work fine, so I know the sockets are good.

At first I thought these were great. Not even a month after putting them in someone tells me my taillights are out. I go to check these "new" led bulbs and one twists off its base when trying to take it out. Had to use pliers to get the rest out. WTF!!??!!Do NOT buy these cheap quality lights or you might not be fortunate, like me, to have someone tell you when they unexpectedly crap out, and instead wind up with a fix it ticket and even MORE headache. Ironically this happened the day after the time limit for returning them. Almost like the crappy things were only designed to last JUST long enough for them to keep the money.

Installed them in my 58 Studebaker Silver Hawk tonight.. they’re so bright, and along with the H4 headlight conversion I did it went from drawing 10 amps to 3 amps of draw with the lights on..They fit great into the stock 1157 sockets with no problems at all.. you people reviewing them saying that they won’t fit or won’t turn aren’t putting the bulbs into the sockets correctly. 1157’s have a high and a low lug on the bulb, you’ve gotta make sure that you get the lower lug into the proper slot.. I’d recommend these for any classic car as an upgrade

These are not as bright as others and are very touchy with the power. I tested each bulb and they worked but not in my car parking lights. I tried with and without resistors. The turn signals required resistors. The Auxlight bulbs just plain worked no matter what.

Amazon's software said this bulb was the correct one for my auto. Although this bulb fit into the light socket, it turns out that this is an LED bulb, and my 2013 auto cannot take this more modern technology. You might want to check.

I could not install them till today since I had to travel. I am unable to return these now but guess what they don’t work even though the Amazon said they fit. They fit but no turning signal. Unbelievable.

I replaced the bulbs (brake and tail light) in my 2005 Land Rover LR3. After about 2 days, all hell broke loose. Pretty much every light on my dashboard went off, including brake, traction, suspension and more. Then, my air ride suspension and select track functions went into limp mode and all air suspension grounded itself (same height as the lowest setting). Long story short, I had to spend $180 to get OEM bulbs and the ECU reset for service. Save yourself a headache. Get OEM.

Put these in. Noticed the bulb was burned out the next day. Looked at it and the base of the bulb had burned and plastic was melted. Looked at the other one and it was doing the same thing. Would not recommend these.
