Love love love. Not drink extra water. Recommend brush cleaner for coils . very relaxing. I have notice back pain gone aches pains gone. Believe me the most socking thing ever...... The loose skin on my lower tummy from kids had tighten. I couldn't believe it. I gain over 85 pounds when pregnant. Now size three. So I have extra loose stomach skin. But after three uses my skin has tighten. I have used other products which claimed to tighten skin but never proved true. I got this to help me quit smoking. I have been doing better no cravings. Just make sure you drink extra water. Eating healthy is always a good idea and excerise if your goal is weight loss then this is a great help.

For the most part it is what I expected - a bit bigger than i expected and chunky to handle for clean up - the foot rollers in the bottom are not comfortable and I believe that they can be removed so I will be doing that.

The instructions were not clear and we could not get it to work properly, not good and we tried to return it and they would-not accept it.

Was great EXCEPT holy crap those foot rollers SUCK almost make it painful and mine cams in Spanish not English but luckily its fairly simple to know whatsup.

Awesomeness! The rollers are uncomfortable, but you can take them out. This works great! I felt so much better afterwards. I would definitely do this before bed! I was so sleepy.

It works as advertised. However I can't anecdotally say that there are health benefits. You could get the same relaxing effect using just a plain warm foot bath.
