Exactly what we needed for our RV
This alarm was exactly what we needed. We needed a replacement after 7 years in our RV and this was the perfect replacement. It was easy to install and was shipped quickly. These alarms are designed to stop working after about 7 years and ours started beeping. It looks great and should last at least another 7 years. Well worth the money. Great replacement, easy to install
There isn't much to installing this, with an adapter provided, if needed. For me it was just plug it into the socket on the ceiling and we were back in business.

Basic Smoke detector for Motorhome
This was about the only smoke detector I could find that has the same ceiling mounting hole setup for my Tiffin motorhome. I did not want to drill more holes in the ceiling. It is basic, but works.
