Not a big game but still a good game.
This is a Great game. My 4 year old son loves it. I wish there were a few more games on it, but all in all it's still a fun way to learn.

Not like the pc game
I bought this game for wii hoping it would give my little kids a learning fun experience, well it was not. first of all even though it's just as the pc game when it comes to the content, the game is very difficult to maneuver on the wii remote. The items are too small to be selected on the screen . Overall ,I did not have a good experience with this game, nobody plays it anymore due to how frustrating it is.

Son enjoys it.
Bought this for my 4 year old. He is still working on using the wii remote, but does have fun playing the game. He actually shocked me with how much he knew (counting numbers/identifying numbers).

Reader Rabbit Preschool.
Just what I was looking for to help teach my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter and get her ready for school. Plus, fun for her.

Too hard for a Pre-School child to use, but a nice idea.
I have really enjoyed the Reader Rabbit products that I have purchased in the past. When I discovered that there were products for the Wii, I bought this game and the Second Grade game for my older son. The 2nd Grade game is great, however I do not recommend this game for a couple of simple reasons. The main reason is that my son does not have the fine-motor skills required to do the activities. The game is set-up so that the child has to point the Wii remote at incredibly small objects on the screen (such as tiny, incredibly tiny, circles and triangles). It is just too much to expect a small child to accurately aim the remote at the miniscule object and hit the "A" button on the remote simultaneously. Related to this is my second complaint: the numbers and words shown in the game are also too small. My son recognizes his numbers already, but when he saw the number "4" on a rocket ship, he thought it was a "1" because of it's small font size(Keep in mind that children this age do not have fully developed eye sight). Thirdly, the activities take a long time to complete, which does not match my child's attention-span. This game is a good first attempt, but improvements need to be made to the game, to reflect the abilities and attention-span of this age group.

Bad Bad Bad
When I bought this game, I didn't play attention to the reviews. I just bought the game thinking that this game isn't necessarily made for adults and maybe the children would like it and be less critical. But, I must say, this game is genuinely bad, really bad. And its ashame because the impression I got from my daughter was that she was insulted that this game would play on her intellegence that way. But, there is no need to send it back, I'll just keep it in her collection so she will know what a bad game is... But, if I had to do it all over again I would tell a potential buyer NOT to buy this game. Next time I will listen to the reviews for these learning game before I buy.A few details of the game:So the game doesn't really teach you how to read, it is just a bunch of matching. And it matches stupid stuff like Squares/ Rectangles /etc. So, I guess that is the real issue when it comes to this game. Also, this game offers no challenge for preschoolers. I recall one instance where they gave you a picture of an object then they ask you to match the picture with the word. I was expecting to see more challenging lessons like spelling test. Writing with the Wii-mote on screen. For example, writing A, B, or C. I guess I was expecting more learning of the ABCs and vowels and things like that.
