Flavor is very good at first, after test is not as good but it's a very good meal filler or when you craving a snack, a couple of scoops and some water. I wish the price was a little less than what is advertised, that's why I probably will just got back to my regular protien.

Taste nothing like described and I mean nothing. To their credit they refunded my money really fast.

Terrible taste
This tastes terrible. It had an extremely sour taste, almost like it had gone bad. It’s a very small package as well. I will continue on my quest for a good tasting keto friendly shake.
