The soldering station I have is now obsolete these tips are a close match only needing a 3/16" ball bearing in the wand to make them work.

Better than the ones the manufacturer makes
These still require frequent cleaning with a dip in chemicals, but they're holding up much better than the manufacturer's tips and are cheaper!

Works but not a perfect fit.
Bought these for my Weller WCC100. They do fit but there is some play in them after putting the retainer sleeve on. The tip wiggles instead of being stiff like my factory tip. That being said the do heat up and will solder.

They Still Work Years Later
I bought these tips many, many projects ago. I just make sure to store them with solder coating them. Years later, the tips all still work great.
