very rude staff that fail to even give a toss let alone help, I would strongly recommend that everyone save their money and go elsewhere. these people (in my opinion) are nothing more than cheap product pushing charlatan's

sizes are very misleading, ordered XL would not fit a regular UK size 12. Could not be bothered with returns process gave it away.Think carefully before ordering, the item appears well made but useless if you cannot wear it.

Honestly, this thing is lovely. Snug and comfortable, but the sizing is appalling. I oversized to a 3xl. I'm an 18 to 20 and a little on the tall side. The groin was closer to my knees then my actual groin, the legs were tight around my thigh and calf. If I pulled the groin to where it should be, the legs didn't fit. Gave it to my male housemate, who is roughly a size smaller and it fitted him fine.Shame because I was looking forward to this as I suffer with the cold and now I have to go without.

I am so pleased with my purchase! The material is beautiful and thick! Really keeps me warm and I love the design. I always buy a onsie that is two sizes larger (a prefer bigger fitting pjs) will definitely buy myself another one!

I bought 2 sizes larger after reading the reviews and yet the item is small on me! When ask for return, they do not provide return postage!!! Be warned of this. Having to pay for return of item that I can’t use is not really compliant with customers rights!!!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 16 year old granddaughter. It fitted her and she liked the Scandinavian design. When she put it on we found a hole in the gusset where the fabric hadn’t been caught and what looked like a cut above the design on one leg. As she wanted to wear it I sewed these up. I was disappointed that the item was not in perfect conditionI did not want to go through the bother of returning it but would like some sort of reimbursement such as a return of postage to compensate. Amber have not offered this.

I absolutely loved this fit great lovely and warm very comfortable. However when washed the red ran and coloured all the white pink and 2 tshirts that were in the wash with it. A warning on label that it might run would have been great. I loved it so it's a shame. I gave one star as now I have to replace 2 tshirts of my sons he refuses to wear as they have pink on. Be careful when washing this .
