I wore Converse high-tops as a but but now at 5' I need a little height. I don't plan to wear these with shorts but funky dresses where a normal shoe is just too dressy.I'm a teacher and stand a lot and other teachers wear their wedge sneakers with funky, flowy dresses and love having something other than flats or regular athletic sneakers. Even the three your box is snug, my get can handle it (I waited too long to return them).I highly recommend ordering at least half a size up but with socks I could probably use a whole size up.The canvas and quality is much better than I expectedI like the zip sides so I don't have to contort my foot in them.Good stitching, eye holes and laces. They have PLASTIC sole, slightly padded footbeds, nylon zipper (don't pull too hard or they come apart) and cool, real looking logo at first glance.I'd like more colors but I think one pair is enough, not really but let's be realistic.It's a fun shoe and a real conversation starter that's for sure. I very frequently get asked, "Where'd you get those high-healed high tops?".They are not American made, just FYI. Sorry.

I upgraded my review because on the whole they are cute and comfortable enough to wear all day at work. I have worn them a few times and received many compliments. I felt bad about leaving such a harsh review, but it is true about chemical smell, which was worse on the black pair. If you like cute novelty shoes, which I do, these are great!Original Review....I bought these to see if they were better quality than I pair I bought previously from another seller, which have to be returned because the ankle opening is way too large on one shoe. Whichever factory defect you get is just a matter of luck. Yes, they are cute. This pair was wasn't as balanced as the other pair I bought so when I am standing my right foot feels less stable and the back of my foot slides up. Why is it always the right shoe that is messed up? This has been consistent issue no matter what type of shoe from it is from a wide variety of manufacturers. They run true to size, in my case 7 1/2. You may have to go through an outgassing period by leaving them outside with charcoal packets to get rid of the intense chemical smell. That applies to all of them no matter who you purchase them from. If you have a delicate respiratory system or have birds open the package outside and leave them there a few days.

These shoes are very comfortable and I was surprised how cute they were. I bought these for a halloween costume, but I would wear them out again. The only thing is that the shoe seems to fall apart quickly. The side of the show is getting loose and a little bent and I've worn these only three times.

This is the 2nd time I have bought these shoes, I love them I have very wide feet And flat feet but I am able to fit them into the shoes And it makes me look like I have narrow feet I get compliments on the shoes all the time

I normally wear a size 7 1/2 in a tennis shoe but with this being a high heal I needed a 7. They didn't have that size. I got the black, red and white ones. I've had to order the black twice because the eyelets on the inner right shoe are sewn crooked. I'm going to try for a third because I really need the black color. I also think the price is outrageous.

Size was good, the shoe looks good. They are actually not bad at all.

Daughter liked them and been using them.No issues even when at first they seemed small, it was the right fit.
