Great product in resealable, not-metal-can package
This is the same great Carnation quality evaporated milk, only in a reclosable wax paper carton, rather than a metal can. I use this regularly. Since I don't use a lot of milk (half gallons tend to go bad in my fridge), but need it for cooking once in a while. When I need milk, I dilute this half-and-half with water, and I've got whole milk ready to use. Plus there's only the one, small, easy to reseal package in my fridge. The shelf life on this is very good. They keep a long time in the pantry, and after opening, they still last longer than fresh milk in the fridge. That's my use case. You may have different reasons for getting this. It won't last as long as powdered milk, so it's not going to replace that in your Apocalypse bunker (you don't have one of those? Oh, never mind), but it is whole milk, so tastes much better than reconstituted powder milk.

Convenient but hard to find
I use evaporated milk as a creamer for my coffee. For years I've used cans paired with a magnetic can opener on my fridge. Once I opened the can, I would pour what I did not use into a sealable jar to store in my fridge. These containers are self-sealable so I can skip a step. For some reason though, my go-to supermarket can't keep them in stock. I found them on Amazon for a lot less. The expiration is good till middle of next year so I'm happy.

Fantastic if it did not expire in 6 weeks
Best way EVER in the world to buy, store and use this product! Only issue is, it was delivered November 18, 2025, with an expiration date of January 2026!

No attitude! Oh, product is good too.
Ever notice some store employees think it’s a venue? As if a personal opinion matters in a service industry. Never going to happen with Amazon drivers. Never blasting tunes like ratty white trucks😉
