This works PERFECTLY! I would not hesitate recommending it to anyone. At first I was disappointed in the amount of time stated for delivery- 3-4 weeks? Apparently, it ships from Ireland. Surprised to receive much earlier. It was super easy to install. Basically, you just add the glue (provided) and hold it in place for 3 minutes then allow to cure for 24 hours. I followed what others said here and didn't add all the way to the edge (so there would be no overflow of glue on the sides or tile) but I did add a hefty amount of the glue; maybe 1/3 of the provided tube. Pretty sure it isn't going anywhere. Solid hold. I even made an X with the glue on the sides where it butts to the wall- thinking extra support. There is a *line* (for lack of a better word) on both sides of item where it butts the wall. I didn't go past that line. Not sure if that is the purpose of the line, but it worked. My ceramic tile shower corners aren't perfectly right-angled in my 60 yr old home, so once I held it in place for the 3 minutes (and noticed a 1/4 gap on each side where it attaches), I took some additional glue (there's LOTS left over) and carefully (used like caulk -straight from the tube) added it to hide the *cracks* where it butts to the tile. I then dampened my finger to make it look smooth. LOOKS PERFECT! Others have said they ran a bead of chalk; that will work, too. I also placed the step a little lower than recommended (mine is a tad lower that knee height- because I'm getting old and this is my forever home!) and having it lower works best for me. This would NOT work for a shower which has rounded corners.

A great addition to the shower. Ignore the directions - they say mount at "Knee height" but that is too tall. Do something 4 or 5 inches less than knee height and you will be good to go. Very solid using supplied adhesive, no extreme prep.

So far this has worked like a dream. Great, sturdy plastic (it is hollow but that doesn’t seem to cause issues with the design), and the adhesive has stayed put perfectly. It also comes with plenty of glue to cover the whole thing so you know it’s secure. The only thing I recommend is using caulk around the edges. I caulked mine so no water can get behind it because it didn’t sit perfectly flat against our shower wall. I’ve been using it for over a month and it hasn’t moved at all.

I realized when I attempted installation that, apparently, my shower is not perfectly square and so I couldn't install. I decided to try it in another shower, but that one has a small trim piece in the corner so I couldn't install it there either. I've tried to return it but after multiple emails, agreeing to pay a 20% restocking fee and waiting two weeks, I have yet to receive the promised return mailing label. Be aware you need a sharp perfect 90 degree corner to glue this item in place. Returns are difficult and costly.

Excellent product, easy to install, great fix for a shower without a ledge. Ended up caulking around the edges because the original tile job wasn't perfectly flat, and I didn't want water getting between the wall and the unit. It doesn't look like a cheap add on. It is very sturdy, feels secure with full weight applied to it, and has a slip resistant surface.

Didn't really believe this would stick as advertised, but I really hate not having somewhere to rest my foot when shaving in the shower so I thought I would give it a try. Had it for 2 months now and it is still solid as a rock. Not the most beautiful shelf I have ever seen, but it functions great and has a little added bonus of a place to store your razor which I hadn't even notice in the description. All in all, does exactly what it said it would do so no complaints. My only note: The instructions give you some guidance about how high to put the shelf so it is at a comfortable level. Since I am short, my husband put it a few inches lower than that at yet it is still too high for me. Really think about what height you want this thing because once it is on the wall, you aren't going to able to reposition it and will have to live with it.

I really want to love this product but the installation of it holds me back. Pros: Having a step in my walk-in shower is great, it makes washing and shaving much easier and quicker. Installation is quick As other reviewers have said, it is "cheap plastic" - but it needs to be to be light weight and I don't fault it for this. Cons: The epoxy used to install the step is the downfall. The epoxy has a terrible smell and not a lot of detail on it in English, making it hard to understand how to use it and how to clean up after it. The epoxy is also a yellow color, which means if you are trying to get a good seal between the wall and the step, you're bound to see yellow around the edges which gives the step and your shower a dirty, dingy look. I wish the epoxy was clear or white, which would make the step look much more neat and tidy.

Very nice product, and very sturdy. Shipped from Ireland much faster than expected. Would have given 5 stars, however the epoxy that came with the product did not work, and the shower step fell off the wall overnight. Cleaned the epoxy off and went to the local hardware store and bought marine epoxy. Shower step has stayed on the wall and is working great.
