This muslin swaddle blanket is a good alternative to the more expensive ones like those by aden + anais. We bought this as a gift and though it doesn't quite measure up to the ones by aden + anais it's pretty close and it's much less expensive. If you can't afford the more expensive ones this one will work just fine. They aren't quite as soft or light weight but after a wash or two they may soften up. In a nutshell--If you don't know what the aden + anais blankets feel like then you won't know what you're missing and you'll be perfectly happy with these!

I purchased this swaddle blanket as a baby shower gift and it was a hit! It was so soft everyone passed it around to feel it. This blanket has a little stretch which will make it easy to swaddle the baby cozy and comfy. As a mom I know a great swaddle blanket is large enough to be used for many different purposes (Stroller cover, lovey for baby, laying on the floor for softness for baby, covering areas I don't want to put the baby down on, etc.) and this one can do all of those things. Love that she will be able to use it for months to come!

I purchased these beautiful muslin cotton swaddles for my niece’s baby girl who was born this summer, and she loves them as they are soft and cool enough to swaddle in the Florida heat. This gift was a big hit! Other mothers at the shower expressed interest in purchasing them for their babies.My niece finds these swaddles are multi-functional, and I’ve seen her use them as a cover up while nursing and also to cover the stroller. These have a slight stretch to them which makes swaddling easier. Love them and would definitely purchase again.

A friend turned us onto these swaddle blankets and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. It's large, soft and I'm a fan of the printed designs. We noticed that it's getting softer the more we wash it, and we find ourselves reaching for these in our drawer first. It's big enough to cover the stroller and stays draped providing the privacy we're looking for. We will go back to this well for more soon, not only for ourselves but for baby shower gifts as well.

I needed another muslin blanket and loved the pattern on this one. My son loves it. He’s a big fan of muslin blankets being thinner and lighter than his fleece blankets. I’m a big fan of this one being about 4 inches wider and 4 inches longer than his other muslin blankets. He will be able to snuggle it and wrap up in it a little longer. It holds up well in the washer. It also has wider edges that are sewn well.

This blanket is amazingly soft. It will be one of my go-to gifts when friends have babies in the future! It is softer than the beter known muslin swaddle blankets by Aiden & Anais. I have been pricing organic unbleached muslin to sew crib sheets, and this blanket is completely reasonably priced in comparison. 60" wide fabric sells for about $14 per yard (36"), and at 47x47" you would need over a yard to make this swaddle blanket yourself, so at the current price of $14.99 this is a total bargain.

With two infant daughters, I've used many different brands of swaddles, and this is the definitely our favorite. It's bigger, brighter, and stretchier from the previous swaddles I had been using and it stays snug on my daughter even when she is restless during her naps. It gets constant use (and washes) and has held up durably and softer than ever. I'd highly recommend it for all new parents.

These muslin swaddles are worth the price. I would definitely give them as a gift to a friend. Can’t wait to use these on my own baby come February. They are a good size to where baby will be able to use them for up to a year or so
