BPL 12 Place Settings Dishwasher (D812S27A, Silver, Inbuilt Heater)

BPL has horrible customer care - beware if you run into any issues with the dishwasher, there is no after sales support and nobody that you can reach out to, and the dishwasher is as good as gone. In my case, the dishwasher completely stopped working within 3 years of product purchase. The online contact numbers on the BPL website are of no use. If you contact them, those picking up will shout back at you asking why you are calling in this number. Finally, somebody in one of the other listed contact numbers asked to write an email to BPL customer care - but nobody has reached out after that. Customer care is a joke. Pls do not buy this product unless you plan to use and throw in 2-3 yrs time.

Writing this review after usage of 20 days.BPL service team took time but they installed it finally after 4days from delivery. Installation guy didn't explain much about the product.Cleaning wise it s same when compared to IFB.We tested with 2 vessels wt were not cleaned in this dishwasher with IFB. It s same result.Fortune dishwasher powder also good and it s less price than IFB one.Recently saw that it s taking 40min time for 1hr program., After reaching service team they r telling if water pressure more it takes less time. Don't know whether they r telling right info.----After 2months usage::Still it is good, no issues so far.

This is an avarage quality low price product, nothing great to describe. By adding little more money we can get better quality.Very poor service by BPL customer support, we were told that within 48hrs BPL technician will come for installation. Even after several follow-ups no one came and we finally called private technician to install it on 5th day. However 6th day BPL technician visited us to sell stand and other accessories. He checked the installation and found it ok, after wash utensils or not sparkling clean and dry. Inside chember remains wet and humid even after several hrs. He suggested it is normal in BPL dishwasher. Let's see how it goes, I sincerely hope BPL will improve their quality and service.

BPL dishwasher i ordered on 30th may,2020 and delivered on 5th June,2020. Product delivery team done the good job and in short time received the product even in lockdown situation.After the i called BPL customer care from 5th June,2020 about the installation. They said technician will call shortly within in 24 hours almost 25 days over no technician came till now. I called to customer every day.So i followed the Instruction manual provided with BPL dishwasher. I done the installation for water supply with plumber and then i bough all the dishwasher detergent,salt and rinse aid. On 1 July,2020 due to no response from the BPL customer care i started the dishwasher after following the instruction manually. "I went to one Program Rapid i selected that program and i got Error E4 on display". There is a leak and the water came out beneath the dishwasher.

Product is as described in the listing. The packaging during delivery was good and I got the dishwasher in one day delivery.Amazon also raised a installation request and folks from bpl came and installed the dishwasher in 2 days.From the date of purchase within 4 days the dishwasher was installed and ready to use.This dishwasher is one of the most inexpensive products in the market. Having said that it washes the vessels well and does its job. It supports multiple washing modes as mentioned in the description. I used quick wash which runs for 30min.I also own a simens dishwasher and when compared to it, construction of bpl dishwasher feels lighter but it's sturdy.I will recomend bpl dishwasher for folks who are wondering if it's good and should you buy it. It's a budget dishwasher and it does the job well and so far in banglore bpl service is responsive without dellays.

Good product. But, additional installation details could have been provided on the website. It took almost 3 weeks to get the product installed, had to follow up multiple times. It was uncomfortable, but understandable during this COVID conditions.But, what we have experienced is that Installation company has the better compatible accessories. The accessories like Dishwasher Cover, Stand, Pipes that we bought from Amazon were not compatible with the product. Installation company have also provided Power plug(10 Amps) , Reverse Osmosis inlet device, Cleaning powder, etc. Installation was well done, professionally.What we learned is immediately call the BPL helpline, schedule the installation appointment and check for required accessories before ordering online.

Wanted to pick up a dishwasher quickly and as most of the other brands were out of stock, had to order BPL. This was close to 10,000/- lesser than the other brands and I was concerned about whether the quality would be good enough, We received the dishwasher and I did not try to contact the service representative for installation (it needs to be connected to a water tap for the inlet, a drainage connection and a plug point in the wall - does not need any special installation). The dishwasher has been working perfectly since then. The dishes it cleans are 'sparkling' clean and I am very satisfied with the performance so far. It has very low noise levels (as per specs, lesser than the other more expensive dishwashers). I am pretty glad that I was able to save 10k and get the same function and features as available from other brands.
