Used EPO for EPM treatment
I have a 22 year old pony who suddenly lost control of his central nervous system. Blood tests showed his RBC was low, he was slightly anemic, but not much else. He couldn't walk without falling over, lunging, his movements were spastic. Our vet gave him some B vitamins and a mineral drip of some kind, dosed him with an anti-noninflammatory and said we'd have to put him down. I took him home and began researching and found this product and decided to try it to build up his RBC anyway. I fed him a scoop of this product with a Tbsp of TMG for inflammation in a small amount of oats and molasses and within days he was improving greatly. More blood tests showed he is positive for Equine protozoal myeloencephalitis. I used this product for 6 weeks and he has made a complete recovery! In fact, I gave him a break from it because he was so full of energy he literally trotted everywhere he went! After a few weeks I am planning on continuing at perhaps a 1/2 scoop/day dose and have him retested for RBC and anemia.

Very efficient but the packaging... are you serious???? This is a just unsealed jar, less than half full...

The only thing to dislike about this product, is the overly expensive price tag that's attached to it. In one year, the price has BALLOONED from $59.95 (tax included), to $78.95 plus 15% tax of $11.84, for a total of $90.79, for the same 3.38 oz. container (or one month supply). The pandemic CANNOT blamed for THIS huge increase in price, and it will likely end up in, at least for us, not being able to order it much longer!! It's a shame because it is a really good product!
