Q: Will this help with super notty hair?

If just a day or two matted, dreaded, or knotted up.... it can be very helpful-- :/but if it is severely matted, dreaded or knotted.... like after a long period of time-- not so much. :(

Q: will this product work on very matted hair(to get hair a loose) as well?

The product will work with any tangled or matted hair. Just be sure to use a comb and work from the bottom up when you are untangling. Please feel free to email sales@doctoredlocks.com with any further questions about this product.
