Love these, as always.
Alva over others. We have never had any problem with them. I like that we never have blowouts anymore since we've been using cloth. This that we bought was my favorite so far. I wish the wings weren't quite as large but this hasn't caused any problem in the way they function. I do not use microfiber inserts. I only use bamboo and hemp. So I'm glad to save money on the diapers and invest in quality inserts.Edit to add: I've now tried several other more expensive brands and I'm not impressed at all. I love the way alva fits. I get leg gasps with other brands and this causes leaks. We'll just stick with alva.

Will not absorb anything after following manufacture instruction
I followed the instruction to wash at least 10 times with warm or hot water (I think I washed total 15 times in the end), I never use bleach or softener, I even boiled it in hot water per manufactures suggestion, but it doesn’t matter what I do, it’s still not absorbing any liquid, whenever I put it on my baby, it leaks out right away, I contacted manufacture and in the end they even gave up talking to me and told me to just go talk to Amazon(really bad customer service😓) I’ve had these since August 2021 and still not workingIt’s really disappointing because their 4 layer insert works fine from day 1, but I never had any luck with these charcoal bamboo insert, a big waste of my money, water and time

Absolute favorite cloth diapers
I've used many cloth diapers before, including Bum genius AIO and multiple brands of prefolds. I have also used the microfiber version of Alva baby in the past. The micro fiber version of Alva baby held up better than the more expensive Bum Genius brand. The elastic seems to be more durable and I liked that I could add more to the pockets of the Alva baby as needed. The only downfall I had with them was after several years of use and kids, the microfiber did break down and started to smell no matter how many times I stripped them. However, I had also previously used the bamboo charcoal inserts. Those lasted through years without breaking down or getting a smell. So, this time I just went straight to the charcoal inserts. It's more expensive than the pockets with microfiber, but they will last longer. These are a great fit, durable, and the designs are super cute. They are also extremely cost efficient compared to many top name brands. Pocket diapers also are my favorite version because they are easy to use. Every person is different on the style of cloth diapers they like to use, but I find that pockets are easiest to add absorbency to without having to deal with prefolds.I do recommend biodegradable diaper liners, though. I didn't find them until after multiple kids and they make a huge difference when dealing with solid waste. But I've also used these without and it's not too hard to clean without a liner, I just prefer the convenience of them.

Great value!
Most of the prints are cute and great quality. The inserts aren’t the most trim or absorbent in the world but they work good for us! So easy to stuff!

Not best quality
I wanted to like these because of the price...however...the gussets weren’t even on some of the diapers and they were very bulky on my almost 8lb baby. It was impossible to get them to fit her even their supposedly for 6lb babies and up. Returned them without using them and purchased another brand.

This is my favorite set from Alva!! I love the prints even more in person. :-). And I love that I could get them with bamboo charcoal instead of microfiber!Alva baby has been very consistently good quality. No leaks, even at night!!

Great product
Easy to use and adjusts size as baby grows, I use the charcoal bamboo inserts and they work well for absorbency. Easy to clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering cloth diapering!
