This product stopped working within 2 months of having the product. I do not use a curling iron every day. I am unhappy with this product.

So when I found this curling iron I was thrilled with the long barrel and tourmaline coating. It was just the right diameter for my hair and it got super hot quickly as well! But when I started curling my hair, it slid right through-very difficult to keep my hair from sliding out of the clip! Once I figured out a specific way to curl, it stayed in a LITTLE better, but it was still tricky. That said, the curls were great and I wish I could keep this, but I think it will be going back. If anyone else has an idea of what would be similar to this, but hold my hair in the clip better-PLEASE reply if it's possible! :)'''they sent me a replacement that had a tighter clip. I LOVE this iron. Unfortunately, it quit working after about a year, but because of their lifetime guarantee they sent me yet another one. They were out of the original kind i bought so they asked if I'd like a newer model...then they sent me another one but the barrel was shorter. Didn't care for that cause now I'm spoiled by super long barrel.....but it does work! I called yet again, and guess what? They sent me a long barrel 36mm curling iron,!!! I had agreed to this but still prefer the long barreled 32mm curling iron best. This company is amazing in how they treat their customers, you won't be sorry.....at least I wasn't!!!!!? Thanks!!!! Now, Folica.com, start putting out those 32mm long barrels!!!!!!!!!!
