Reduces snoring? Not sure but your mileage will vary.
Snoring is probably one of the most common, yet unresolved sleep condition that affects people regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, and social/economic standing. In other words, snoring doesn't discriminate. So what are our quality of sleep options for all involved? Live with it, get angry, loose sleep, separate sleep arrangements, jaw straps, jaw displacement devices, nasal sprays, fancy pillows, nose adhesive strips, and worse case - surgery. Well, there is a belief that many of us, not all, snore because we can breath through our nose while in deep sleep. It would be impossible for me to state my experience as the same reason you may be snoring but I fall into the category (at least from my findings) that I have a harder time breathing through my nose while sleeping. I can tell when waking up in the morning and the back of my throat feels slightly sore, raw even. Definitely from too much reverberation at the back of my mouth. I also notice I experience a slight reduction in air flow through the nose while lying down. Not sure why but it lead me to look at the various nasal enhancement products out there. There are those that advertise on the radio and TV, but looking at what they do, the other less expensive ones accomplish the same. To keep the nasal passage open via mechanical means. Some are adjustable for a custom fit but it may be overly complicated but without trying the ones that cost twice as much, I can't speak if they would work better. With this one, it comes with 8 nasal inserts. Four has smooth cylindrical shaped and made of a flexible silicone. Medical grade? Don't know but no rash inside my nose. The other four are a coil shaped insert but not made of the same flexible silicone as the cylindrical ones. These appear to be a stiffer, harder plastic. So again, can't tell if these are food grade safe.I found the coiled ones to be less comfortable, probably because it isn't as flexible and if you press your nose on your pillow while sleeping, its not as forgiving and can fell like having a jelly bean up your nose is the best I can describe it. The upside of the coiled ones? The open design will allow unrestricted air flow. The smooth cylinder ones can potentially reduce the overall air passage slightly but much more comfortable. Now onto the my findings after using this for a handful of nights. I woke up feeling slightly more refreshed. Can't tell you if this was due to less snoring or more air flow. The back of my throat also felt slightly less raw/sore in the morning. Placebo? Don't know yet. Everyone else in the house is used my snoring and can't tell me if I was snoring less. I will be vacationing soon and report back later if these work.So overall: Inexpensive to try, many sizes to find a good fit, two designs to try. Should offer specific sizes once you find which one works best. Why should I have to buy 8 inserts only to use 1? The other designer brand offers a combo pack and then you can buy specific size. So what do you have to loose, except gain some sleep?

It works but...
These worked really good for awhile but then started to make my nose sore and red. I tried changing the sizes to the smaller ones hoping it would make it less severe but anything smaller just doesn't to the trick. Not a complete fix for every night use. I have really bad sleep apnea and my Fiance can never sleep. I have had to use a cpap machine for years. With these in, It really did help. I had to actually come back and change this review. Because it worked so well at first but the soreness started and it just became really painful along with redness. I suppose they're great if you wear them a few times a week maybe? Just wearing them every night made my nose have a sore reaction.

Great for sleep and for wearing under nose-pinching breathing masks!
I discovered that this kit serves two purposes: helping to get a better night's sleep, and to help keep nostrils open when wearing breathing masks! I have a deviated septum, so my restricted airflow can result in headaches and fatigue. These inserts were and are game-changers.The kit comes with two types of nasal dilators: soft silicone cones, and hard plastic skeleton-like cones. Use one that's too large, and your nostrils will puff out. Use one that's too small, and it may fall out in the middle of the night. Once you find the right size, enjoy your improved oxygen flow! Your bedmate will thank you as well.Once the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I finally realized that these sleep aids could also help keep my nose breathing while wearing masks that have the nose-pinching metal bar across the top. These help me day AND night now!Highly recommended.

Not sold on it just yet.
Wore a couple of times, 2 different styles of dilators. One is rigged and one is softer silicone. The pack of 8 is good to find the right fit. I have noticed a difference and neither has my wife "at this point". I will say it does open up the airway in the nasal cavity. I would think they will help during a running workout session.

improved my sleep quality, reduced my snoring
The only issue I have is that the nose plugs can come off easily while you sleep - this happened to me 2x already. BUT it is important to note that my fiance noticed the difference on the first night I used these. And I woke up refreshed and no dry mouth for a change. I just wish it stayed more secure throughout the night or maybe create a shorter version. I wear the medium size but cannot put all the way in for a snug fit because the plugs are too long and hurt inside if I place it all the way in to fit snuggly. The small ones are too loose. May have to try a size bigger to see if that would work.

worth a try
Not exactly sure how these are supposed to work they end up irritating my nose but I will try again

Outstanding results, easy to wear, very happy!!
I have tried other anti-snoring devices/methods. The custom moldable mouth guards....forget it I could not sleep with those. That was a total failure (SnoreX, Zeepa etc). They were far to intrusive and uncomfotable. I tried the sprays, nose strips etc. then I heard about nose plugs. I found these searching Amazon and I am happy to say they are great.I typically am a heavy snorer when we travel. So we had a baseball tournament this past weekend and this was going to be the test. I first tried them at home and my wife was stunned at how much they cut the intensity of my snoring. But the test was can they work when we are staying in hotels. They did!!!Now my snoring is not gone 100% but the frequency and intensity has been cut 80-90% for me.I use the silicon ones (not the spiral shaped). They are very easy to size (they give you many size options) they are soft, flexible and comfortable and I slept like a baby. I also can say with 100% confidence I can breath so much better wearing them. It really is amazing. I found a snoring solution for under $10.Winning!!!!
