I overlooked that detail on the product page, but you should know that this isn't as finely milled as other oat flours. That said, it's a great value.

Processed in a facility with oats only.
I liked that the oat flour is not processed on the same equipment as wheat, soy and rice. I used GF oat flour to make banana bread, pizza dough and blueberry scones. I was unsuccessful in making a loaf of bread.

Grainy and big pieces
The flour is fine except it seems like it needs ground further. I sift it before using, there is always a good bit that won't go through.
