Okay for gluten-free steel cut oats pretty big bag for the price.
I'm not a big fan of steel cut oats but I thought I try these because they're gluten free and this is a pretty big bag for the price. They are kind of bland tasting but tastes better if you mix with milk or coconut milk and add a little sugar or sugar substitute. I also add a little ghee butter or you can add butter. Steel cut oats are a lot tougher so you have to cook them longer to make them soft.

Great steel organic cut oats but wish they used a better zip lock on their bags. These do not close and can easily spill.

Better texture than Bob’s Red Mill, GF, and organic...hopefully better quality control than Bob’s!
We know that nothing can be trusted these days after Bob’s Red Mill was found to have glyphosate in their organic old fashioned Rolled oats. Oatmeal is a morning staple in our house. This oatmeal is organic, the texture is plump and beautiful. Can’t testify to whether glyphosate is present or not but my goal was to replace Bob’s Red Mill with organic GF rolled oats from a smaller maker where hopefully there is better control over the product. It has a much better texture than Bob’s.

Awesome, especially for Celiacs!
Great product! We ordered the box of six, which came quickly and in perfect condition. We made a big pot for a simple dinner and it was amazing. Very pleased! We used milk and water to cook it, with a little butter and salt. So creamy and delicious. We have both celiac and wheat allergy folks in our household, and no reactions from anyone. Thank you for such a great and safe product!
