I really like these ornaments. They are solid, do not smell too badly, and are versatile. Some of the pieces are missing bits of bark and some are split, but I guess that's what you have to expect with natural wood.I plan to use them as an activity for my mother, who has memory problems. It gives her something to concentrate on and gives me something of her that will last. I can stain them, use a wood-burning tool, etch them with a Dremel, use wax and apply a design, etc.

These were great! I bought them to paint on and make into Christmas ornaments. They stood up to water without staining which was nice. The bark occasionally chipped but that’s gonna happen with raw, unfinished wood so I wasn’t worried. They came with plenty of cord, so much so that I have enough to save for other projects. The only thing that stopped me from rating five stars is that a few of them came cracked. None were broken all the way through but trying to make something nice on a cracked ornament was frustrating. Over all, I’d give like. A 4.75 out of 5. Really great!!

i’m not skilled at wood burning, so the wood grain rings on these ornaments posed a challenge. I also plan to Mod Podge pictures on them—they’re well made and a great value. I’d buy again!

These were as advertised, but some were cracked. They werent smooth either and completely destroyed one of my crayola supertips markers. You get what you pay for, and they are cute though!

Nice and smooth flat surfaces with nice bark on the outside. Perfect for my needs. Highly recommend.

Ordered 50 of these slices, hoping they would be high enough quality for craft/gift projects. Sure enough, they arrived and were exactly as described, nicely sliced with even thickness throughout. Planning to use them for woodburning and may use them with a Laser engraver for Christmas ornaments. Great price for a great product!

Great for wood burning and good price.

I bought these to decorate as Christmas ornaments and gift them to family. They are the perfect size and it was a plus for me that it came with twine. Wood burning works well on them. Great price for 30 pieces!
