Quite useful and well made
I love this bottle. Each feature is useful and nothing is extraneous. WARNING: This a very detailed review. I got carried away. Some background: I am a full time college student working part time at an internship. I have been using this bottle at school, at work, at the gym, on the go, and at home for about 2 months now. I know this is a kids bottle but here are all the reasons why this bottle can work for you as an adult: 1. The bottle is translucent so you can easily gauge how much water is in it vs peering into the opening or guess-timating by weight. The markings on the side help track intake. Plus, although I love anything orange, it can be a bit too bright and obnoxious in certain settings. However, the bottle is tinted just enough that it's not screaming color at you like an eye sore. I was specifically hunting amazon for an orange bottle, this one of the few translucent monochromatic ones. 2. The button on the cap pops up the mouthpiece and is great for one handed drinking on the go, especially when driving. 3. The mouthpiece is satisfyingly chewy yet firm, reminiscent of a sippy cup sans toddler drool. Very similar to a Camelbak. The straw reaches nearly to the bottom of the bottle and the valve in the cap creates a closed system with just enough space to let out (or in? not an expert on bottle mechanics) air while drinking. Simply put, it is a noiseless experience. Since it is a straw, it has benefits; no tilting/tipping to drink, no forceful suction like rounded pop up/press down tops, and no excess water spilling from large openings. The cover for the rubber (? not sure of the material) mouthpiece is sanitary and clicks securely into place. Some other bottles with straws do not have covers, which is quite gross as it exposes the surface which comes into direct contact with the inside of your body. 4. The size is perfect for me. The width allows me to easily grip the sides (I have small hands), the length easily fits in my small purse/backpack so I carry it everywhere. The dimensions are slightly wider and shorter than a standard plastic water bottle. It is also lightweight and (it may not be very important to you but it is for me) unlike metal bottomed bottles, it does not clank when set on a hard surface (which is great for a quiet office environment). It is smaller than normal adult size bottles. If you are trying to meet water intake goals, this size can be a pro and a con. Pro: You will have to refill often. This can be motivating since you become more aware of when you drink. First thing when I get to work in the morning, I fill it at the water cooler, eat lunch, refill before I leave, drive to school, attend class, refill at the fountain, study at the library, go home, refill with a filtered water pitcher and use until the next morning. I never knew my water drinking habits until I got this bottle. Con: You will have to refill often. Which can be annoying since fountains with good water aren't always available. Bottles are meant to be portable storage for liquids. This does not carry a whole lot. If you are a gym junkie, stick to a gallon jug. 5. It is made of hard plastic and is quite durable. I have dropped it a couple times on linoleum, carpet, and wood and it will works and looks perfectly fine. The cap is made of a more durable material and can handle more pressure/wear and tear, but the container is a thinner smoother plastic. I would not recommend if you work outside or around concrete or in a steel floored workshop type area because it still is plastic and will scuff. Estimated usable 6. THE CARABINER. So so so useful when you cannot carry the bottle with your hands or a bag or hand it to someone else. Ex: Just hook it onto your belt temporarily while taking out multiple trash bags then unhook when your hands are free. This is also handy if you camp or hike. Otherwise, the carabiner seamlessly fits into the handle on the cap. Perfectly sloped to comfortably dangle from a finger. This is my first amazon review and I knew within the first week of using this bottle I would be writing a detailed product description for it. I highly recommend and hope your experience with it is as satisfactory as mine.

Stands up to daily use
Bought a couple different water bottles for my 2 year old. We liked it because it is easy to suck up water, fits most cup holders, and is really leak-proof if closed. As this was the one we liked the best, we have ordered 4 more as this was the one we went with for her to use daily - we give her a new one every day and then use the dishwasher to wash them all at the end of the week. She is now 3.5 and we are still using the same set of bottles - 2 have broken at the carabiner clip from being dropped one too many times - so pretty durable if you think of a toddler using it on a daily basis! I am back to buy a couple more and decided to leave a review! Pros Completely leak-proof if closed Easy to disassemble to wash Easy to keep clean; straw and mouthpiece easily cleaned with a bristle brush for straws No smells or stains after over a year of daily use Easy to suck up for a toddler who was learning to use a straw Pretty durable as we have taken it every where with us in the last year (road trips, car rides, church, preschool, parks) Not too heavy for a toddler to carry herself when full The push button is easy to open, even for little hands Cons Is just a little too wide at the base to fit into the cup holder of the Graco car seat - does fit in a regular car cup holder

This is a great product!
This water bottle is a great product and it's the second one we have owned. We had to purchase a second one after about a year of use with the first one the latch broke. Toward the second half of it's life the bottle did leak sometimes but this could have been due to heavy use and being thrown around! (used by preschooler!) Push button open works perfectly and kids love it!

Different from Contigo Brand
We’ve been using Contigo water bottles for ourselves and chose one for our toddler. That one broke, so we tried this one. If you really like Contigo, this brand has some differences: - When you push the button to open the spout, the spout flips out more forcefully and loudly. - The plastic of the bottle itself seems harder. It feels like it will be resistant to scratches but prone to cracking if dropped. - When the spout is open, there is no valve/seal preventing water from leaking out. Our toddler loves to show us this feature every day now. - This does have a clip built into the handle. The biggest downside for us is the leaking water, so we’re going back to the Contigo brand.

Sturdy but not leakproof
Bottle is cute and sturdy, seems easy to clean, like to clip to attach to a bag, however the first time the bottle fell over on the floor water spills out of the straw. I do not consider this leakproof, as I have a toddler and water bottles get tossed around all over. Not sure if this is universal or just for the specific bottle I received.

Would give 10 stars
This is an amazing water bottle. Everything about it is perfect. I'm an adult (65 year old woman). I love that it is light weight and portable. For some reason, I would never force myself to carry a 20 or 24 oz bottle and I carry this one everywhere -- because I learned the hard way that dehydration is nasty. The bottle is easy to use, easy to clean. I prefer to use a straw with a water bottle and this one has a handy one that easily pops open with a single hand. It also has a built in carabiner clip for clipping to a small purse. I rave about it and my elder friends have also purchased them. Hip hip hooray for excellent product design. My only hesitation in writing this review is that when the makers realize they should also market to seniors, they will probably double the price (still worth it) :-)

Great water bottle for kids
This is a great water bottle for kids! It comes in many different colors which is great for options. I love that the handle is also a clip so you can easily attach it to book bags. All the pieces come apart for easy cleaning. I honestly have nothing negative to say about it. It’s a great price for the quality.
