Fashionjack Women Pure Red Chiffon Sleeveless Pleated V-Neck 1950's Vintage Dress

Chiffon is a stretch to call this fabric. It's really a poly spandex blend. It was used for a musical production and held up. One thing, this dress fabric bless on pretty much anything it touches even turned a watch band a different color.

My daughter wore this to her high school homecoming dance. It fit beautifully, but I do wish we had gotten a crinoline to go under it to make it fuller.

This is a light, lovely red laced dress! I imagine it is very difficult working with lace and that you'd have to be a magnificent seamstress to get it perfect. This dress was perfect except one little area of gathered thread. I cut it off without it destroying the dress. You can't even tell where it was. The dress came with a reddish orange cord with fringe at the end. My daughter didn't care much for the cord. We compromised and I cut off the fringe and tied it at both ends. She plans on wearing this dress to a highschool dance. I think it looks great on her and it's pretty affordable. See the pics of the small flaw before/after. Everything else was well stitched. We both really liked it. I think I'm going to get a big red sash to go around it to dress it up even more.I recieved this dress at a discount. I hope this review has been helpful to you.
