Got this on promo for under $2.00. It is smudge-proof and was the perfect color. I love the built-in sharpener.

Glides on, stays on!

It’s what I expected. Soft so goes on good but clumps and breaks off easily so only screw out just enough to apply. Smudges, yes. No need to dry so apply and the put on shadow. Charcoal is my preferred color. Lasts for hours or until you rub your eyes. Prompt delivery.

I don't know why, but this eyeliner wouldn't write... I could press hard enough to write on my hand, but not on my eye. Revlon should know better!
