It is what it is
These are painted or dipped in color. 3 of the screws had decent sized pieces chipped off upon delivery. They work just fine, just didn't give me the "look" I wanted.

Skimpy
Photos show the hardware with paint solid through the shank. Aside from the colors being much darker, the paint barely covers the face of the screws. I know these are some cheap screws to throw on the board but would it kill you to at least fully cover the face of the screws with a coat?
